The apartment is a very spacious 3 bedroom, has a balcony overlooking the marina, where guests can relax! It is excellent for those who choose to stay in the city center and at the same time seek peace and quiet! On the ground floor is the Solmar Shopping Center, where you will find several shops, restaurants, cafes, a drugstore, supermarket, etc.

The Chimney Houses are the recovery of an old traditional house. They were carefully created to promote a rural experience in a typical home, in a modern and comfortable environment. Consisting of three independent houses, it also has a large garden with a swimming pool, a small vegetable garden and orchard and a porch with a barbecue (shared by all guests).
