Belonging to our family for 6 generations an old barn was carefully rebuild in 2017 and adapted into two contemporary guest houses breathing history and tradition: Pink House & Pink Studio, both in the same building. Pink house is a 3 bedroom house, offering wide opens spaces spread in two floors with a simple contemporary aesthetics. The 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor while the living room and kitchen are on the 1st floor, opening up for an upper terrace.

The Barn is a 2 storey cottage built on the site that previously housed an old farmyard storage shed. It has a total area of 42sqm. Externally the upper part of the building is clad in white-washed wood panels, and the lower part in volcanic stone tiles.The entrance is on the upper floor, with an open plan lounge and kitchenette. This cottage has 2 south facing windows, offering views of the countryside and ocean beyond.

Casa da Cisaltina is a country house, built in the late 19th century. Located in Povoação, the first place to be populated in São Miguel, it is the ideal place for rural tourism. Opened in March 2017, the House was restored to maintain a balance between its rustic spirit and modern comfort.
