Beachfront holiday rental in Ponta Verde

Great location, one block from the Ponta Verde waterfront. Apartment just like the listing, clean, with clean bed and bath linens. Air conditioning in both bedrooms in excellent working order, large living room. Host always available to answer questions and proactive for any repairs.

Everything was impeccable, very clean and organized. I was really impressed with the care you take with the place. Wonderful environment! The room is extremely organized and clean, perfect for a comfortable stay. The apartment has a stovetop, pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses, microwave, sandwich maker, etc. I had no negative experience or anything left to be desired during my stay. Outside the whole structure, Carol is a wonderful host, was very attentive from before check-in until after checkout and proved active to resolve everything we needed during the stay. I highly recommend it to everyone, certainly one of the best within the Airbnb platform!!

We love your stay! Easy to find, by the sea/back street/garage, all well signposted. Fully equipped kitchen, and with basic items (coffee, filter, salt, detergent) - we also leave coffee, filter and spices😬 Super comfortable bed, very dark room for sleeping❤️ There is a food park 5 minutes away that has all kinds of food and drink! Several kiosks on the avenue too! Eduardo also recommended us to very beautiful beaches nearby, 15 min by Uber, Guaxuma and Garça Torta, beautiful and with good structure! The balcony overlooks the sea, and it's a great place to have breakfast there in the morning! They even had two beach chairs in the apartment, but we only saw them on the last day🤣 It was an excellent stay and we highly recommend it!

The apartment is perfect, well decorated, illuminated and well flavored. The TV is a show, as is the towels and linen. The kitchen is well equipped for small meals, the availability of the cooler is also a hand on the wheel. The penthouse is a spectacle apart, the sunset is amazing, the panoramic view of the elevator a show! I have no negative points, just details like the bed that could be bigger for the couple, and I think the extra mattress is not comfortable for a third guest. Ah, and the sea view of the apartment is only from the side on the balcony, which is still amazing. I would stay again and recommend it!

The apartment is great! Very beautiful and well equiped. The location is excellent! The left side street has many restaurants and on the right side street has a great breakfast at a gas station. I highly recommend it! The waterfront is beautiful and widely used. Local super safe. We leave and return at different times, whether to run on the waterfront too early or to go to late-night restaurants. Everyone in the building was very nice and helpful. The building is also great and well-maintained. The only bad thing is the collection of the garbage, because we need to be in the apartment to deliver. In addition, everything is excellent! Communication was also great and super fast.
