An excellent house in a very good Condominium between Marechal Deodoro that gives access to Praia do Francês and Maceió... very kind, attentive couple... anyway, my family and I were there now in early January/ 2025 and it certainly left a taste of wanting more!!

The house is as described in the listing, in addition it had an iron and hair dryer. The hostess and the neighbor were very attentive and helped us with directions to places to eat and go out at night. The only flaw is that the kitchen had a “stale” smell that seemed to come from the sugar.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The house is exactly as in the photos — clean, organized, cozy and with everything we needed to feel at home. The location was also perfect for what we were looking for. We thank you very much for the reception and attention to all the details. Our stay was great! The atmosphere is quiet, the kitchen is super equipped and we feel totally at ease. We were 6 people and all were well accommodated. I highly recommend!

Our stay at Casa Marie - French Charm at French Beach was absolutely wonderful! The house lives up to the name, is incredibly charming, super organized and very welcoming. Fatima, as a host, was spectacular! Your communication was proactive, sending all necessary instructions in advance and making the check-in super smooth and a great experience. The house is extremely comfortable and equipped with everything we needed, which contributed to making us really feel at home. We traveled as a couple and with our two dogs, and the space accommodated everyone in comfort, with plenty of space left! It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy Praia do Francês, which is a short walk away. We highly recommend hosting and can't wait to return! An excellent and unforgettable stay, definitely 5 stars!

The hosts are always very quick. I was staying with my wife. The location is good with markets, pharmacy and bakery nearby. It is about 15 to 20 minutes walking to the beach or the handicraft fair. The apartment has a wealth of details with the distinguished guest. Cleaning every seven days is included and the cleaning lady is very thorough. Even the pillows have their covers changed and have a wonderful smell, just like the towels and sheets. The only thing I didn't use was the bathtub, because the water is cold, there is no heating system, so it's difficult, it really served as a shower and in the gourmet space when it rains there is water that runs right in the middle of the balcony, a real inconvenience, but if you don't go in the rainy season you won't notice, otherwise, the stay was excellent. We loved it!

Great apartment. It has everything you need! Very comfortable bed! Perfect location, everything within walking distance, beach, handicraft fair, raft pick-up point, pharmacy, market, countless restaurants! Safe entrance to the building, very helpful reception! Very attentive host, always responding quickly, was patient with me, I 😅 highly recommend 🌹

My stay in Pajuçara was simply wonderful! The host, Maria das Graças, was extremely attentive, welcoming and helpful from the first contact to the time of check-out. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-equipped and in an excellent location - close to the beach, restaurants and tourist spots. I also highlight the small details that made all the difference: the organization of the space, the super comfortable bed, and even local tips she shared with me, which greatly enriched my experience in the city. I definitely felt at home and wanted to come back. I highly recommend the accommodation to everyone who is coming to Maceió. Thank you for everything!

We love your stay! Easy to find, by the sea/back street/garage, all well signposted. Fully equipped kitchen, and with basic items (coffee, filter, salt, detergent) - we also leave coffee, filter and spices😬 Super comfortable bed, very dark room for sleeping❤️ There is a food park 5 minutes away that has all kinds of food and drink! Several kiosks on the avenue too! Eduardo also recommended us to very beautiful beaches nearby, 15 min by Uber, Guaxuma and Garça Torta, beautiful and with good structure! The balcony overlooks the sea, and it's a great place to have breakfast there in the morning! They even had two beach chairs in the apartment, but we only saw them on the last day🤣 It was an excellent stay and we highly recommend it!

Location & Infrastructure Close to dining options, markets and transportation, with easy access and just a few minutes from the most famous beaches in the region. The building itself offers good common areas and elevators.

Perfect! Very cozy and comfortable, as well as beautiful and very well located. The sound of restaurants and street bars are quite noticeable at night, but it does not bother with the closed window. The hosts were also very solitative and dear to us. I would definitely return again!

The apartment is very complete and comfortable, all extremely clean and well taken care of. Large and airborne space. The rooms are dark what I particularly like, good beds and pillows, large cabinets, clean and spacious bathrooms, complete kitchen in utensils, good bed and bath linens. The location is very good, several options for bars and restaurants nearby. It is a little further away from the tourist attractions such as a feirinha, photo spots, busier stalls and bathing area… but nothing that a walk and 5 to 10 min drive does not solve.

Ed. Côte D'Azur is very well located in a prime area of Maceió. Apartment 114 is spacious and superbly decorated. It has almost everything you need (I just missed an Air Fryer). Paula Mauro is a great host and communication with her is easy and fast. I stayed there for 2 months and I have nothing to complain about. Perfect stay, and I intend to return very soon.

Alessandro's space is exactly the same as in the pictures: clean and nice. The host kept in touch from the beginning, gave us tips on restaurants, places, and was very attentive. Comfortable bed, good bedding, clean towels, air conditioning worked well. I intend to return! Thank you!!!

We love to leave the car in the garage and walk around the city. We will practically only sleep in the apartment. We have been to Maceió several times, but it was the first time we did everything on foot. Next to the condominium there is a food court, on the next street, there are several restaurants and a pharmacy. The supermarket is about 10 blocks away. There is a pizzeria near GBARBOSA where the pizza cost 38 reais, and it was delicious. The condominium is in front of the beach. The garage was damp, dirty, and dark, and you had to be careful when leaving with the car, as it could scrape the ramp. But this has nothing to do with the hospitality that Anna provided us. Finally, the condominium is located in front of the street of a large school, and next to the sports court of this school. Arriving or leaving the condominium at the time of arrival or departure of the students must be extremely complicated. As for the apartment itself, it has everything, we were able to make our meals on site and it was very clean and fragrant.
