Adele and her husband Marco are fantastic hosts. The accommodation is very cozy, well maintained and very spacious. The residential area is very quiet but still centrally located. It is only a few kilometers to the popular sights in Florence. I can recommend the accommodation and the city of Florence to everyone. We felt very comfortable.

Our stay was beautiful! The view from the balcony (and bedroom window and shower window) is absolutely breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony and taking it in was some of our favorite parts of the stay. Everything was clean and decorated so nicely, plus their espresso machine and little cookies were great to wake up with. Location is a bit far walking distance from the center of the city, and it is uphill on the way back, but we personally loved it because it kept us on our feet during our travels and the peaceful neighborhood is worth the walk because it is so quiet and private at night. It’s right across the street from Galileo’s original home! Highly recommend this apartment :)

Very unique place in a great location outside of Florence

Our family chose this home to be based for our visit to the region and to Florence. At the reception at our check-in we were very, very welcome, we asked questions about how to go to Florence by train, and supermarket in the area, the explanations were very good. The house has everything to make us feel at home and smells great. I recommended 🥰

We were guests at Elisa's structure for a month , she was immediately very kind and helpful , really a wonderful person. She met us at all our requests , coming from Rome, she gave us valuable advice to live there in full Pontassieve . Adorable house a stone's throw from the station and all amenities , well served to get to Florence , equipped with all comforts . We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

It was nice and quiet and just what I needed. Down about 20 steps and nowhere close to park my motorcycle. Apart from that it was fine. Thanks

Discreet, professional and confidential, but present in 5 minutes for any kind of resolution... we will be back! Unfortunately, in the countryside, there are mosquitoes, but he promptly sent insecticides without saying anything...great!

Maria Serena is an exquisite person, very kind and endowed with a special talent for details, which is reflected in the love she puts into furnishing the property. Simple and clean space to stay one night while passing through on road trip

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in easy. Great location—close to everything we needed, but still quiet at night. No air conditioning but the ceiling fan and windows open did the trick. Very safe and family feel. They do not speak English but it didn't cause any problems.

We had a wonderful stay – it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was the perfect base for exploring Florence. While it’s a little further from the main sights, the tram system is easy to use (though it can get very busy at times). The location was ideal for us as it was just a short walk to the Visarno Arena, which was great for Firenze Rocks! The apartment itself exceeded our expectations – the photos don’t quite capture how spacious it really is. There was plenty of room for the two of us, and the balcony was a lovely surprise. We also really appreciated the air con, especially with the intense summer heat. The decor was clean and calming, making it feel like a peaceful retreat after busy days out. While there was occasional noise from the road and some banging from the upstairs apartment at night, we used earplugs and had no trouble sleeping. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-connected place to stay, away from the tourist crowds!

A week in Tuscany in extreme heat. It was great to get into the cool of the house or to sit under the protective canopy of leaves in front of the apartment. We have done this many times. With a flexible arrival, we were greeted and everything we needed to know about the accommodation was explained by the landlords. The small town is a small world in itself. Very quiet and accompanied by the small conversations of the neighbors. There are wonderful hiking trails in the area. The Francis long-distance trail runs through Stia and you can hike stages of it in the shady forests. Our discovery on the last day was the Museo della lana. The museum is housed in the former industrial building of the former wool spinning mill and is very tastefully designed. In addition to the many explanatory panels in Italian and English, impressive and well-made films show the work in this former factory - absolutely recommended

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

We had a lovely stay here and it was so close to the train station which made it easy to go back and forth to Florence centre. It was really clean and the hosts were really great with responding if I had any queries. Would 100% stay again if I came back to Florence :)

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. The house was clear, the neighbourhood was peaceful and the hosts were very helpful. A true gem in the centre of Florence. If you want to live a luxury experience in Florence, I highly recommend this place.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Apartment as described. Very clean and comfortable. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Always top-notch and very kind communication. When I return to Florence, if there is the possibility, I will return to this apartment.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
