Ancienne grange rénovée avec des matériaux nobles comprenant une chambre pour deux, une petite chambre avec un lit de 110 cm de large, une salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne et des toilettes, un salon avec cuisine équipée et une terrasse. Vous y accédez par une impasse. vous trouverez tout le confort nécessaire pour y passer un agréable séjour. L'entrée se trouve au fond de l'impasse à droite. Avallon est une petite ville très sympathique avec ses commerces, bars et restaurants.

House in a quiet village in the heart of Morvan, rated 3 stars by the ADTY, ideal for holidays with family or friends, close to the Cousin Valley. Located 1.5 hours from Paris and Dijon, 5 minutes from Avallon, 15 minutes from Vézelay and its magnificent Basilica, 30 minutes from Chablis and 10 km from the highway. Many activities (canoeing, adventure park, quad biking, equestrian center etc...) and beautiful landscapes are to be discovered nearby.

The Avallon watchtower

Very close to the historic city center and right next to the ramparts, the accommodation has all the amenities. Located on a very quiet street with little traffic, it offers a very nice view from the terrace. The accommodation is for 4 people (1 bed and a 140 cm sofa). To host animals, please contact us. P.S.: Regarding Covid-19, we ask our guests to drop the laundry in the basket on the terrace. We are equipped with fiber optic internet.

Located in the center of the village, the baker's house, furnished tourist accommodation ****, is a place steeped in history. Restored with the Fondation du Patrimoine label and tastefully furnished, the old bakery of the village has become a beautiful house where we like to meet with family or friends. Linens are optional as well as end-of-stay cleaning. The Conciergerie Les Prés Damoiseau accompanies you during your stay.
