The house has a private parking lot with an automated entrance and a small outdoor space. It can accommodate a maximum of five people. On the ground floor, there is a half bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom and a balcony; a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom. The house is equipped with two flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and independent heating. Laundry room.

Casetta del Mastro is located in the heart of the historical center of Assisi, a few steps away from the Cathedral of San Rufino and a few meters away from the Rocca Maggiore. Close to bars, restaurants, groceries and shops. Equipped with every comfort. It is easily reachable on foot from the Matteotti pay parking. Possibility of free parking at about 200 m. Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

The house has been recently renovated, and all the furnishings are new. The house and the parking lot just across the street are located in a fenced, quiet, and private building.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
