Cottage surrounded by nature

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

Equipped with everything you need for cooking, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, TV, and Wi-Fi in the historic district of Borgo Bello, in a 17th-century complex, with private and personal PARKING, a 50-square-meter loft. The house has been recently renovated, and all the furnishings are new. The house and the parking lot just across the street are located in a fenced, quiet, and private building.

The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
