This small, waterfront annex directly overlooks Lake Lugano and is designed exclusively for two adults. The large windows offer a continuous view of the water, while the outdoor courtyard has a gate for the exclusive use of guests that allows direct access to the lakefront. The accommodation does not have air conditioning (two fans are available). For safety reasons, it cannot accommodate children or pets. Private covered parking.

The 3-room apartment is part of a two-family house located outside the village center of Caslano in the quiet Torrazza district. The apartment is on the second floor, with lake view. It has no balcony, but a rear garden seating area. You can share the lake property with private access to the lake, with a lawn with lounge and sun loungers. SUPs and a rowboat can also be used. In front of the house Via Torrazza 81 there are bicycles.
