We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

La Vrille - Metcho

La Vrille - Metcho is located in the municipality of Verrayes, totally exposed to the south in a natural amphitheater thanks to which a micro climate is established. Located in a central area of the Aosta Valley, it is a strategic point from which you can easily reach different areas of tourist interest in the region. The house is large and divided into two floors and the outdoor area is perfect for relaxing in the garden. La Vrille is also a winery, ideal for wine lovers. CIR:0021

The guest will have exclusive access to a completely independent space of the house, with a separate entrance, functional and modern spaces with a private bathroom. È una tipica casa di montagna, situata nel villaggio Le Cret a 1770 m di quota, la cui costruzione risale al XVI secolo e veniva utilizzata come granaio per lo conservazione dei cereali. Si tratta di una porzione di fabbricato che fa parte di un complesso completamente ristrutturato e, come per le altre unità abitative, la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.

We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.
