Great host! Space was very nice.

I really can't stress enough how much I love this place! It's spacious, flooded with natural lighting, and overlooks a communal lawn where I listened to the birds and spotted some squirrels. The sofas and bed are ridiculously comfy, there were already sauces and seasonings in the fridge and cupboard, and all cleaning necessities there too! The building/apartment is quiet - you can barely hear the neighbours, and vice versa, so it feels very private. It's also within easy walking distance of parks, restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc! One thing to note is that the location is right next to the highway, so there is a constant drone of traffic. Personally, I grew to find it quite soothing, so it wasn't really a problem, but it's truly the only thing I can think of that might put anyone off booking this apartment. Oh, also! During my stay, the building had a maintenance check that Mariya made sure I was fully aware of and prepared for❤️ A wonderful host, and a wonderful flat!

Jacque's place was great! We chose to stay there as it was in the same neighborhood as our family, but it was exactly what he described it to be. He was prompt, proactive, and easy to get in contact with. He was a wonderful host and we would stay again!

Jason is a GREAT HOST. Been here a couple times and will come back again.

Donavan was a very helpful and responsive host. The location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to experience on this trip. Comerica park was a 10 minute walk from the property (if that), and surrounded by many restaurants and experiences. Highly recommended.

This was a fantastic place. It was better than the pictures. The space was very clean and had many personal touches to make you feel at home. Michael was very responsive. This is a space I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

My stay at Carole’s Motown Oasis was wonderful, choked full of amenities and plenty space to stretch out. It was clean and ready for a peaceful stay. Perfectly equipped for a short or long stay. Plenty of desk space for work and tv equipped in every room. It has a nice walk out patio perfect sunbathing or morning breakfast. All around great stay and better host cant wait to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the aquatic centre, which made everything super convenient. We truly felt at home and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. We hope to return next year!

Auntie Blondie (as she told me to call her) was an awesome host. She was very thorough giving me a tour of the property and was a phone call away when I needed anything. The location and views were great for the price and would recommend this property to anyone in the area. Thank you again for allowing us to celebrate in your property.

I was a bit curious with the host meeting us to transfer keys however it is because of the security with the building. Host was extremely friendly and welcoming checking us in and giving recommendations. The condo was fantastic. Extremely convenient access to the people mover and very comfortable. One of my favorite Detroit stays so far!

We had a wonderful stay for the Detroit Grand Prix. House had lots of supplies and was very well looked after. Check in was very easy as well. Some Nice restaurants very close as well

Amazing views and cool downtown location! Excellent communication from the hosts and located conveniently just a few blocks down from downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location just off Main Street in Ann Arbor. Easy access to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Loved having full kitchen, living room and multiple bedrooms. Perfect place to stay for Michigan graduation!

The condo is very nice and Sequoyah has added the extras that made my stay great. The bedding was really soft and comfortable and the bed was adjustable!! I thought the phone charger cords for any kind of cell phone was a thoughtful touch and I appreciated the small refrigerator in the room. I only wish I had brought the sign-in information for the TV apps I subscribe to to use on Roku. This place was not far from my event and near shopping and restaurants. At first, I was not sure about going upstairs, but it wasn’t a big flight or difficult. Sequoyah met me outside and helped me carry my stuff. I thought that was considerate. The price was very reasonable and would, definitely, stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for our group of 2 couples. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, a pretty view of the pond and it was close to everything we wanted to do for our stay!

The space was very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

Julius’s place was perfect. Everything exceeded expectations. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. It had everything we needed and more, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. You can tell it’s well cared for and thoughtfully set up. Julius was also very accommodating when we needed to adjust our reservation due to some minor changes in our plans. Communication was easy and pleasant throughout. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

Adam has a great place. Everything in the house is very nice and sturdy. The fenced in yard is fun for kids and adults. The neighborhood and the surrounding area is amazing. Adam is a proactive host with a quick response time. Would definitely come back and stay there again.

Amazing home in great location. Able to walk to everything going on in the Birmingham area. The garage fit 2 cars which was great for me and the house was very clean and in great condition. Felt right at home. Thank you hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at Ronald’s. The neighborhood was quiet and it was easy to get to the city. The Airbnb had everything we needed and there was plenty of room to spread out. The space was clean and updated with some vintage charm. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Detroit. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

We stayed at Joseph's with our two young kiddos for three nights. We are super happy we found the house available and it lived up to its description 100%. The place is super cozy. The kitchen is GREAT. The main bedroom has a better mattress (and far superior pillows) than the JW Marriot we stayed at three weeks ago. Medium firmness and ultra-supportive! 10/10 on the mattress & bedding. THANK YOU!!! For the kids: The downstairs play area was much fun for our 4-1/2 yr-old girl and the air hockey was a blast. The bathroom had a kid's stool and the tub was kid-friendly (and still very comfortable for an adult). The house is very kid-friendly, but note that there is a staircase to the basement which is open to the main level. This was not a problem for us as our 1-3/4 yr-old was finally slightly intimidated by something (or he just didn't feel like making a break for it). For toddlers, you might ask about a gate. We would absolutely stay here again w/wo kids!
