Un écrin de tranquillité au milieu d'un terrain de plus 3000 m2 où gambadent nos poules en toute liberté (non visibles en hiver et par mauvais temps) Nous nous situons à 400 mètres de l' Abbaye cistercienne. Possibilité de louer des vélos électriques sur chablis pour de très belles balades dans la campagne, la forêt et le vignoble. Nous proposons avec supplément une décoration romantique avec champagne.

Composed of two bedrooms, a living area, and a vintage-style kitchen, you can prepare your meals or access the many Chablis restaurants.

A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. The accommodation is composed of a living room and a "parental bedroom" with shower in the bedroom. The property also has a veranda converted into a summer living room. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a secure outdoor parking space with an electric gate. The accommodation is 3 minutes from Chablis, 5 minutes from the A6 highway and 15 minutes from Auxerre.
