"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

Belfortilandia, the small rustic villa

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Pagliarilandia, the little house

Welcome to Pagliarilandia, the small holiday home surrounded by nature. Located in the Val Vona at about 1000 meters above sea level, in San Pietro (Pajare locality) which is part of the municipality of Borgo Val di Taro, in the province of Parma, in the Emilia-Romagna region. Val Vona is typical for its unspoiled nature, full of natural beauty: Lake Good with its typical flora, beech clearings, centuries-old chestnut trees, excavated ruffles, kernels, and junipers.

Ca’ Vecia è un grazioso monolocale posto al pian terreno, incastonato tra le case dell’antico Borgo di Masereto, popolare per i suoi forni, con ingresso sulla scalinata principale. La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata. Dalla porta d’ingresso si accede al soggiorno arredato graziosamente con cura e angolo cottura. Divano letto molto comodo, TV, tavolo da pranzo e bagno con doccia. All’esterno davanti all’ingresso piccolo salottino con tavolino e sedie.

Suitable for those looking for peace and quiet in contact with the nature that hosts the medieval village. 6 km away is the A15 exit of Pontremoli that connects La Spezia and the subsequent 5 Terre, Portovenere, Levanto and other notable tourist resorts on both the Ligurian and Tuscan sea coast in 30-40 minutes.

To reach us,from Piazza Farnese in Borgotaro,you take the direction towards Monticelli ( 2 km),you go across this small town and keep driving on the white road for approx 1 km,and you will be there!
