Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

Riparo ideale per staccare la spina dal caos quotidiano. A 3 min di auto dalla spiaggia libera sul lago e sul lungo lago. Anche il cane si è divertito nell'ampio spazio esterno recintato. Mario è un host molto disponibile e risponde rapidamente ad eventuali quesiti, anche se non ho avuto bisogno del suo intervento. Appartamento pulito e moderno. Da non sottovalutare il parcheggio interno che evita stress di parcheggio. Vacanza ideale per ricaricarsi.

Nous avons logé dans une grande tiny house avec tous les équipements nécessaires ! Le logement se situe dans le terrain de Paolo qui est absolument adorable et très discret. Un tout petit bémol, très peu d’air circule dans le logement et il y fait vite très chaud (surtout lorsque qu’il fait 35/37 degrés tous les jours). Heureusement il y a un très bel espace extérieur. A part ça, notre séjour s’est merveilleusement bien passé. Étant à proximité du lac de Bracciano nous avons pu visiter de jolis villages et se baigner dans le lac d’une température à faire ravir les frileux ! Merci à Karima pour ses indications et conseils et merci à Paolo pour son accueil !

I would give this home 6 stars, if possible! We really underutilized the property because we were always going somewhere to see other towns and historic sights, so we were not home much. My only note would be to have cash for the additional deposits, as it does not indicate that in the listing. Lovely place I would love to return to❤️

Stavamo percorrendo la via francigena con i computer portatili nello zaino (pellegrini atipici, sì), e al punto tappa avremmo dovuto lavorare. Arrivare in una giornata di caldo efferato qui, trovare una bottiglia di acqua fredda, una casa fresca, begli spazi, internet che va a meraviglia, un paesello vivace giusto fuori dalla porta, e una ottima pizzeria di fronte. Non lo so, ma se non è "stare bene" questo! Consigliatissimo, davvero.

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!
