The Bothy, Oaksey

Detached, 1 bedroomed stone cottage situated in the pretty village of Oaksey. Oaksey has a village shop with a post office, a good pub (temporarily closed) and a golf course. Cirencester is 15 minutes by car, this Roman town has a selection of lovely boutique shops, cafes and pubs. The Cotswold water parks are 10 mins drive which host lots of activities including wakeboarding, waterskiing, sailing, SUP, etc. Malmesbury is also 10 minutes by car. A great hub for visiting other Cotswold towns.

Take your first glimpse of the rolling fields surrounding our traditional Cotswold stone farmstead, as you travel along our private, tree lined drive. In an AONB, the farmstead sits on the edge of the Golden Valley. Dating back to the 1700s, Little Finch's Cottage is nestled within the original Farmhouse, where you can still find exposed beams and sunny window seats. Step through Little Finch's front door into the lounge/breakfast room which is linked to the bedroom by a steep spiral staircase.

Ashley Barn

The well appointed annexe apartment has its own entrance, parking outside and is self contained with king size bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette (please read below) and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. With glorious views across the fields to see horses, sheep and cattle grazing in the fields beyond. This annexe is quiet, comfortable and secluded, with tea and coffee provisions provided. On the Wiltshire cycleway, 10 mins from Cotswold Water Parks. Good pubs nearby. Self-contained & separate from our family home.
