We enjoyed our stay at Lucy's house. The house is spacious and clean, and is well located with lots of shops and amenities close by. Communication from Lucy was excellent throughout and she was most helpful at all times.

Our third visit to this well positioned and well kept property. When we first saw its position on an estate and as a terraced property we were worried about noise but we couldn't have been more wrong and found no disturbances apart from a little road noise at the back of the house. Very easy walk to several beaches and a convenient park close by to walk the dog on arrival and before leaving.

Fantastic house and garden in great location near to the beach. Our party of 10 enjoyed a wonderful weekend in this lovely well equipped home. Louise was a terrific host and very responsive when we needed help. Highly recommend Mandalay.

Ideal location to the Quay and everything we wanted. We've had the privilege of living in Poole before and so we knew the area well. The house was very clean and provided everything we wanted. As stated in the description, the parking access to the back of the property is very tight but we managed to get one average sized car round there.

Dave and Emma are the perfect hosts. They were so accommodating of our needs and super flexible in helping us to prepare for our stay and celebration. The property is beautiful, it’s peaceful and you feel right at home. Our teenage son and family children loved the games room as a ‘den’ to escape to whilst we enjoyed sitting on the deck with food and drinks. Dave and Emma have thought of everything, if they don’t have it then you don’t need it. The kitchen amenities were just fantastic, everything was there, clean and easy to use. The mobile signal wasn’t great this weekend and broadband struggled a little, but being surrounded by our favourite people, it didn’t matter too much. We would love to stay with our families again to enjoy this beautiful property. Thank you Dave and Emma again, so so much!

Conker lodge felt like home from home! The place is welcoming and comfortable with lots of bits and bobs you might need during your stay - the spare backpacks were very handy! The place is super clean and just as described and really welcoming to dogs - our dog loved the pupcake (and we loved the lemon drizzle!). The hosts have thought of everything - I would definitely recommend staying here, thank you

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. You must stay here! It was beautiful. Clean, tidy, everything you needed. The host and house manager went above and beyond for us. We can’t wait to come back!

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

Great place to stay, very clean & tidy with everything we needed. Bread, milk, eggs, tea & coffee all provided and jams/butter in fridge. Nice to have small private outside space. Lovely surroundings on well maintained site with plenty of activities for all ages. Would definitely recommend and would return. We hired this for a few days with family to celebrate my nans 70th birthday. Absolutely beautiful house and gardens and the facilities are amazing. We live locally so knew about the area but loved having a swimming pool, tennis courts and snooker table for all of us to enjoy. The lounge was bigger than we thought and comfortably sat all of us. We also received a helpful guide a few days before our stay which gave us all the information we needed. Overall a really lovely stay, thank you!

Stayed here for my 50th birthday for a girly weekend away. Beautiful little cottage with beautiful gardens surrounding the property. 5 star hosts. Very friendly and very informative. Obvious how much they love what they do. We had great fun in the games room. And the hot tub was a lovely treat and a well needed relaxation after we walked into Burley village and back. The food hamper was amazing with everything we needed or could want. Local supermarket not far away either. Lovely gift 🎁 from the hosts on arrival a bottle of wine and box of choccies. Yummy. Thank you very much. And finally getting to cuddle a 9 week old Bengal kitten who belonged to our hosts has to be the highlight of our weekend. He was beautiful and we nicknamed him Burley. Wish I could have taken him home. Highly recommend this beautiful little cottage and its amazing hosts. Thank you ladies I had an awesome 50th birthday 🎈 xxx

thankyou to our host Sibylle for being so attentive friendly always on hand to advise and assist ,gave us loads of information on walks surroundings , wood burner Hot tub ready when we requested ,stunning setting and access to forest at the bottom of the driveway ,so peaceful and you just didn't want to leave ,everything you thought you'd forgot to bring was available all in a wonderful relaxing stay thankyou

The cabin at Cliff Cottage is a wonderful little retreat. Probably the highlight for us was the nature on the doorstep- we saw a number of red squirrels, woodpeckers, even a pheasant and its babies on our doorstep. The cabin was fantastic and the swimming pool was really fun. We'd definitely come back!

Beautiful place to stay in if want peace, quiet and able to switch off from the world. was already planing when to come back.

Sebastian’s flat is in a perfect location. I chose it as my husband can’t walk long distances and everything was really nearby. No need to use the car if you want a break from driving. Beautifully comfortable, with lots of extras provided. We’ll be back! Thank you x

Our stay at Rowena’s property was a perfect first getaway with our 2 month old and our dog. She was really responsive with our questions about the travel cot as well as giving us recommendations for local walks. The property is in a great location, a short walk to the centre of Lyndhurst for food and coffee. Also a great central location to get out and about in the new forest with the baby and the dog. Would definitely recommend.

Tracy’s home is beautiful and modern, super luxe and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay! The kitchen has everything we needed to cook an evening meal each night and the free wine and beer plus a coffee machine too with pods supplied was a nice touch. It’s within 10 mins walk of the lovely Westbourne Beach which we took advantage of every day, avoiding the crowds by Bournemouth Pier. Would definitely recommend Tracy’s place if anyone was looking to stay in the area and be close to the sea.

My wife and I stayed at Sharon's place in Poole which was the perfect location for us to visit our favourite places in Dorset. We found the property very clean and well equipped, it had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The enclosed garden was ideal for our 2 small dogs and the dedicated parking space was a bonus. Sharon was an excellent hose with regular communication and provided all the information we required. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Had a great stay for my husbands' 30th birthday, we arrived early and Jj allowed us to check in early. Gave recommendations on places to eat etc and was a lovely house. Definitely recommend

Joelles place is perfectly situated for all that the area has to offer. Easy and quick access to the ferry great food on the doorstep Beach is a stones throw away Dog friendly What’s not to like!
