VILLA L'INCANTO is located in the Tuscan hills just 3 km from the highway exit, surrounded by greenery. In a short time you can reach destinations such as the Tuscan cities of art: Pisa (90 km), Lucca (85 km), Florence (150 km) or visit the beautiful Ligurian coast with fantastic beaches and points of interest: LERICI, PORTOVENERE, CINQUE TERRE and VERSILIA famous for shopping and its nightlife. The house is equipped with a beautiful relaxation area with swimming pool and waterfall and a spacious garden.

The house dates back to 1871 and is made of stone and has very thick internal walls that allow it to always stay cool throughout the summer. The kitchen opens directly onto the external courtyard, where we have a large table with a masonry barbecue nearby. The garden is located at the front of the house, and there is also a gazebo with sofas. The swimming pool is fenced and is for the exclusive use of guests of the house. The house is adjacent to a small yellow house that I own but do not live in.

They are surrounded by beautiful greenery, within a hectare of private olive grove, and are located on a beautiful hill overlooking a natural amphitheatre with views down to the sea. The house is located in the heart of the WWF nature reserve "Ghirardi", a 370-hectare nature reserve located in the Province of Parma, Emilia-Romagna. Ghirardi is an extraordinary natural paradise, boasting many types of free wildlife and amazing walking/hiking opportunities, both on and off marked trails. Deer, boars, hares can be observed in their natural habitat, especially during mating season (September and October). Bird-watchers will spot myriad different bird species.

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain cottage that is part of the ancient fief of Belforte Castle (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining a rustic state of preservation. It has a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro Valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by woods of chestnut trees and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

The house overlooks the Gulf of Tigullio, where it enjoys an exceptional sea view, in the tranquility of the Ligurian hills, while being just a short walk from the sea, 500 meters away. It has a garage where the elevator starts that goes up to the second floor, where the kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace, and hot tub are located. BBQ, hallway bathroom, and the second floor with three bedrooms and their private bathrooms, plus an attic bedroom with bathroom.

To reach us,from Piazza Farnese in Borgotaro,you take the direction towards Monticelli ( 2 km),you go across this small town and keep driving on the white road for approx 1 km,and you will be there!
