Excellent private house with air conditioning throughout the house, it also has a pool and concierge, ideal for disconnecting and sharing with family and friends. The closest beach is Playa Guacuco, it is 1.8 km away (5 minutes by car). The Sambil Shopping Center which is 10 min away. It is a perfect area to quickly get to the beautiful beaches Guacuco, El Agua, Parguito. Private parking. We do not rent the house to groups of young people out of respect for our neighbors.

Ubicación ideal, cerca del Sambil y a pocos minutos de Pampatar. Bien cómoda para planes familiares, vacaciones y compras. Wladimir fué un excelente anfitrión, definitivamente volvería! Recomendado!
