Debbie’s place is a little piece of paradise, the setting is stunning, the gardens are fantastic and the cottage is warm and cosy whilst also being spacious and really well laid out. We had everything we needed and immediately felt at home. The open plan kitchen into the cosy living room left us all feeling connected, utility space was really useful, conservatory with stunning views allowed us to dine together and relax during the day. Outside area is also stunning for meals on the patio and bbq’s and the hot tub was great to relax in on an evening looking at the stars in peace and tranquility.. there’s a slight walk up to the property across a field but once you’re in the cottage and its gardens it’s worth every step. Great for the dogs too. Loads to do in the area, our highlight was Lyme Regis beach.. many thanks to Debbie and everyone who made us feel so welcome. We would go back to Debbie’s place in a heartbeat!

Had a wonderful stay at Silva Cottage.The cottage was beautiful and had everything a person could need and very clean. The location was amazing set in woods and so so quiet apart from the birds which were a delight to see and hear especially watching the comings and going’s of Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The hot tub was spectacular.Set in the woods nothing could compare to sitting back and enjoying the tub with a glass of fizz. We had a great recommendation from Lorraine for an Indian Takeaway which delivered to the cottage and ate a great lunch at The Tamar Inn at Calstock. Great location for walkers with Dartmoor on one side and Bodmin Moor on the other plus the coastal path. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

We had such a lovely stay at the Potting Shed. The location was beautiful- so peaceful and picturesque. The Airbnb was cosy and the bed was extremely comfy. We were there in 30 degree heat but it was lovely and cool inside. Would highly recommend and would love to come back one day and stay again!

Very lovely place, me and my girlfriend stayed here for a weekend and had no complaints. The host responded quickly and the property looked exactly like the photos. All the extra little touches like the fire wood, slippers, eggs and etc really made us feel welcome. Overall we really enjoyed our stayed and would happily stay here again.

We spent the half term break at Little Burston with our two young children, we had a wonderful time. The accommodation was everything we hoped from the previous brilliant reviews and more. A clean, bright and large space. Well equipped with everything you could want (games, DVD’s, kitchen utensils). A tranquil and peaceful setting not far away from Dulverton and within striking distance of lots of activities. The hot tub kept the adults happy and the kids loved the garden, trampoline and games of football. Carol was a great host, instructions left at the property were clear and easy. Walking recommendations all great. Goats and chickens out of the kitchen window was a highlight for the kids. Up there with the best Airbnb’s we’ve been to in the UK. We would not hesitate to return, if visiting North Devon again and couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

Just back home after 5 very relaxing nights at The Net Loft. A beautiful, secluded hideaway with everything anyone could want/need for a few days away. The accommodation is extremely well equipped with the best appliances. The bed is so comfortable! With the bifold doors open sitting in the lounge area was so relaxing. It is a quick walk into the centre of Croyde where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to appeal to all tastes and budgets. Would definitely recommend The Net Loft. We will definitely be back. A fabulous little hideaway perfect for dogs! Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing break! The secure garden meant the dogs could roam freely and every detail was thought of. The house was immaculate and really comfortable and a great central base for exploring Cornwall. We WILL be back!

We had a really lovely stay here this week. The garden is beautiful, so peaceful and we even saw a woodpecker hopping around the grass one afternoon. Our daughter adored the trampoline and climbing frame, we also really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub each day after exploring. We did day trips to Lyme Regis, Beer and Forde Abbey & Gardens. A perfect, peaceful spot to spend a few days, thank you.

it's our second stay at Fish Cottage, the kids love it, we love it. As we are originally from devon we can access all our favourite places on day trips due to the location so really works for us Cottage is spacious, interesting and really well equipped and comfortable for our family. will continue each year if we can !! thankyou

The Trout cottage is a very specious property, surrounded by nature and walking distance to shops, restaurants. Easy to park your car. Location of the cottage is really good for walks, and short drive from different attractions. Amanda is very good host, she is very quick to respond and takes a great care of her visitors.

We had a wonderful stay at Katy’s place. It was so very peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Having the enclosed courtyard was invaluable, as I was alone some days with the dogs and it meant I didn’t have to worry about where they were, as it was totally secure and private. The kitchen facilities were everything I needed for cooking, the property was spotless and relaxing and of high quality throughout. Walking from the door up the lane to the woods was fabulous with the dogs. And the homemade scones on arrival were amazing. Thank you Katy for a wonderful stay.

Stunning location, very friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts. Plenty for the children to see and do, with plenty of space and a large garden including some outdoor games to play. Our girls loved staying here and we can’t wait to visit again.

We had a lovely stay, cottage was perfect, well maintained and had everything we needed. There was visitors parking available but we used the cheap parking at West Quay as just a few steps from the cottage. Perfect for Watchet and surrounding areas. Thank you. Steve and Anna 😊

Excellent accommodation. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. High standard of cleanliness and clutter-free, yet all facilities we needed. Would 100% stay here again. 20 mins walk to beach. Really great local pub/food.

A beautiful restored Water Mill with artistic history linked to Picasso through Clementina’s Father , fascinating with book written in the Mill . On the day we were to arrive the weather was horrible and Clementina lit 🔥 a beautiful log burning stove and turned on the central heating to make us feel at home , she welcomed us a little early and showed us around and explained in detail about how to use the facilities in the mill . We have eaten at at 4 of the 5 restaurants she recommended and our favourite by far was The Boar at Barrington ( must book to be sure ) all the others were good but The Boar stood out by far . We had a very nice time and opportunity to switch off from everyday life. The location is very quiet. The Unterkunt has been very cozy furnished by Gail and offers plenty of space if the weather is bad. The NP Dartmoor and Exmoor are accessible, but you should avoid side roads (single track!), as you may have to drive back in oncoming traffic. There are also some walking paths around the village. The two black dogs are very cuddly, connection is guaranteed! All in all, perfect for a break!

We have had a lovely stay at the cottage. It was easy to find and had everything we needed plus a few extra thoughtful touches (dog treats, fresh scones!) that really enhanced our stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find out we could walk down to the seafront and the heritage railway which meant I didn’t have to drive at all during our four day trip. The cottage is small but was perfect for our needs and the ground floor bedrooms were nice and cool during the heatwave we had whilst there. It was well presented and very clean. The view out of the upstairs window over Minehead was lovely. We would definitely recommend it if you are visiting Minehead and we like to stay again. Many thanks.

peaceful, high quality through out, easy parking right outside, super WiFi, magnificent view and well kept garden. we said we liked walking and there on the table was a perfect collection of walks.

We had a wonderful stay at West Wind. An absolutely stunning location, very private and comfortable surroundings. We found there was so much to see and do in and around the area. Perfect for our week away!

A lovely home away from home with beautiful views of gentle rolling hills. We saw deer and a fox which was a bonus for us. The unit had everything we required to cook our evening meals (local pub has limited opening hours & wasn’t open during our stay), the bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. Neither James nor the house can take responsibility for the weather, but what we had was unendingly spectacular. 7 straight days of sunshine while, apparently, it rained in Spain. This is VERY unusual for the area, but really made the moore and farmland surrounding the cottage shine. Even if it had rained and been blustery, the cottage is fitted with an excellent heating system and a wood fire in the living room. Hotwater for the kitchen and bathrooms is prompt and plentiful. Recently renovated with good (rather than cheap) furniture choices made, the house is in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked and while the oven was a bit mysterious to operate, everything worked well. Pastoral by day, truly dark sky by night, and a strong selection of both gastro-pubs and wonderful footpaths on which to reach them right out the door from the property.
