Beachfront holiday rental in Poros

We had a great time at Perdika! The house was perfect for our needs, spacious enough for 3 people. It was very clean and ready to be used. The best part was the balcony with an amazing view over the Perdika Marina, where we enjoy amazing sunsets. We were also walking distance from bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. The boat to Moni Island was super close by as well. Our host, Raphael, was very nice, prontly answering our requests, and suggesting some activities we could do in Perdika and in Aegina. We are super happy with our decision to stay here! Thank you to Raphael for the warm hospitality. We recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a calm, private space in a beautiful location!

Very clean and tidy. Great location with nearby bakery, coffee shop, supermarket and restaurants. Walkable to beach.

Nikolas's house was everything I expected and more.. The location was about a 40 minute walk from the port, Nikolas sent instructions of how best to get taxi for when we arrived, but once we had tested the walk out the next day we decided it would be ok to walk back with our luggage for the return ferry. There was an amazing bakery about 5 minutes walk from the house and a supermarket with just about everything you may need. We were welcomed by Zoe with lemonade and her own olive oil and the fridge was stocked with water - lovely gesture. The house has everything there to enrich your stay and had a lovely personal touch to it. The local area was fairly quiet, beautiful peaceful beaches and quite a few eating places. Delicious breakfast at Odyssey, and evening meals at a couple of the beach front restaurants which were all good. The port area is much busier and has lots of bars, shops etc, but still has a peaceful aura. Beautiful place and I would return in a heartbeat! ❤️

Zoe was an amazing host, she arranged taxi’s and supplied us with lots of information about the island and surrounding ones to visit. She was always there to help with anything you required. The little house has the most wonderful setting with endless views out to sea and beyond. Steps down to sea for a swim. The sunsets were beautiful from the balcony. Perdika is a lovely village with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. I cannot thank you enough Zoe for such a memorable stay in Aegina.

Maria's place in Poros was a wonderful first landing spot for us in Greece for us. It is in a quiet neighborhood, in a very secure spot, inside an older apartment complex at the edge of the urban area so that one can sit on the back balcony and watch the many wonderful birds, the sunrise, moonrise etc. Its a small apartment but the balcony makes it seem expansive if ones likes to work and sit outdoors. Mattie and I and our small dog were there off-season and even in the fall the weather was amazing. Its a very short walk to two markets, a butcher, the beach, and several beach restaurants. Its a short and very pleasant walk to downtown Poros. We had a car but if we did not we would have rented motorbikes to get to the more remote beaches and tavernas. Maria was a very communicative host. We highly recommend Maria's place.

We had a great stay! The house is in an exceptional place, breathtakingly beautiful. The road to get there, bumpy earth away from 15’, is not for every driver, but you get it used to it quickly. Beautiful views along the way, and also on site. The choice between 2 beautiful natural beaches with transparent water. We were there in early Sept. and shared 1 beach (with trees for some shade) only with 2 likeable 80-year-old ladies and their dog Rosa, who came to swim there every morning. The other beach is really "private" and blissful! The house is a bit messy, with no electricity grid -not for discerning visitors. You can use everything that is available freely. Lots of beds to place freely where you want. I slept outside and enjoyed a spectacular sunrise every morning. Tip: I brought a light solar energy guirlande that provided a lot of atmosphere and pleasant lighting for nice evenings outside on the terrace. Nice contact with the owners. A paradise! Merci!!!

Very nice house with beautiful surroundings. Very clean! When we came we were warmly welcomed by Anna and generous gifts: fresh fruit, homemade marmelades, olivoil from their farm, wine and more. Good snorkling nearby, we saw a lot of fish, octopus and a big turtle. Everything was perfect! Thanks! Aja and Michael

this is a great house. Views are spectacular, big and spacious, great beach area, quiet, private, this place has everything you need. The property manager was wonderful, nice to have a washing machine, and a 10 minute drive to lots of restaurants. they even have a refrigerator full of wine from a local winery available with reasonable prices.

We had just one night here but would be happy to return. Simple in the nicest way, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The loveliest people in the nicest location:-)

We loved our mid-week stay at Mara's place. We drove from Athens and it was easy to follow the sat nav. The place is gorgeous and everything is in great condition. The view is so relaxing and beautiful we just spent our evenings looking at it. Thank you for having us, we will be back!

Perfect location for a private getaway. Great host, "Motorhome" is underselling the housing alot.

You can expect a very nicely landscaped complex with a pool. The house is clean and everything you need is available. The only small drawback: If you want to find a pure sandy beach you have to drive very far.

Had a very lovely stay at Odyssey! All of the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Bbq on Wednesday was delicious, beach is nice (pebbles not sandy), lounge chairs are confortable. I felt very safe and well taken care of eof throughout my stay

This has been one of the most outstanding places we have ever stayed in! Every view around the property is glorious! The place itself is utterly gorgeous, luxurious, and the area is beautiful and peaceful, and the pool! Oh that pool, just the best ever infinity pool, 18 metres long, little beach next door. Views across to Hydra and other islands. Our terrace was big , and comfortable seating provided. Breakfast was excellent. John was most helpful and responsive. We loved every minute of our time there. As well, only 25 minutes from Hydra island by ferry, and 12km from Ermioni port to travel anywhere! We were sad to leave. Many thanks to John and his delightful staff.

We had a wonderful week staying at Andreas' beautiful apartment. The interior was stunning, the air conditioning worked a dream and the pine forest views from our balcony were so pretty. A lovely peaceful spot to read my book. There's lots of great swimming spots, restaurants and bars within walking distance and the main port which is so pretty was an easy 45 minute walk away. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

Ksenia’s place is great value for the price. It is in a good area, a 15ish minutes walk from the port and beachfront. We came in December so much of the island, including the restaurant downstairs was closed for off season so it was very quiet. It was a little bit cold in the apartment, we weren’t sure if we weren’t working the heaters correctly or if that’s how hot they got- but we were only there for one night so it wasn’t a huge issue. Also, the host was very quick and kind with responses, and everybody that worked there was very helpful.

Theodoros' flat is amazing. Well located, comfy, nicely equiped...Cannot recomend more

Everything was excellent. Very helpful, they allowed us to leave our luggage in the room before check-in time and when we left they also helped us with the safekeeping of our luggage until the time our ship was leaving. Generally, it was as if we had known each other for a long time and we went often.

Nansy’s place is a perfect location very close to the port and minutes to all the activity. Fantastic water views from the balcony from two of the bedrooms. Clean spaces with a mix of modern and traditional. Comfortable beds with quality linen. Great size for a family getaway and very responsive host with a seamless process.

We spent Easter weekend at Dimitris's house with our four teenage / adult children and had a beautiful time. The view is outstanding, you could sit and watch it all day. We had beautiful weather and swam from steps 5 minutes walk below the house, the water is so clear. We used the local bus to go to Perdika for excellent lunch , climbed up to the ancient olive grove above the house, cycled to Marathonas beach and cafes in ten minutes, and got a taxi to the Temple of Aphaia. Dimitris helped us with all our questions and planning. It was a very special family time, thank you Dimitris!

Stella’s place is a little gem in Vathi, peaceful and right in front of the sea. For those seeking relaxation, outstanding view, secluded and authentic atmosphere, it is a no brainer. Stella’s family, owning the best fish taverna of the island downstairs, is more than welcoming, always here to help and making you feel at home. The accommodation is spotless clean, equipped with air conditioning and a practical small kitchen. Highly recommended!
