A fantastic place close to Porsgrunn's bathing areas. The closest one is just down the street from the house. Røra bathing area is further out towards the mountain village, where simple meals, wine and pils are served. Food and drinks are also available at Olavsberget/ Olavskroa (path behind the marina) in addition, there are many nice small beaches and bathing areas. Right in front of the house is Olavsberget with its diving towers and footbridge over to the cat island, where a gapahuk is set up for hikers. porch with lots of sun. heat pump installed.

The house is equipped with everything you need for both short and longer stays. Large, airy, rooms with high ceilings and plenty of room. One bathroom has stylish, bathtub, washing machine and dryer while the second bathroom has a shower cubicle. Open kitchen and living room. All of the city center amenities are in the immediate vicinity

Sublets are not allowed under any circumstances and will result in an immediate termination of the lease. There is lots to enjoy at this historic farm in beautiful surroundings. The barn house from the 1700s is situated in Porsgrunn city centre, and everything you need is within walking distance. The big 3-bedroom apartment is fully furnished in classic old Norwegian style. You can enjoy the evening sun in this green space during spring and summer, or light the fire in one of two fireplaces while watching the snow outside the window. Private parking and internet included.
