Wifi, streaming TV and electricity is included in the price. Pets not allowed. For long term rental, a reservation is made for electricity price. Sublets are not allowed under any circumstances and will result in an immediate termination of the lease. For shorter rental periods, two people can stay here, but do not recommend for longer rental periods.

The apartment is within walking distance of Langesund with the concert venue Wrightegaarden, great swimming beaches and rocks as well as the coastal path for nice hikes. There are also good fishing opportunities in the lake. Fishing from land is popular so you don't necessarily have to go out in a boat. In Langesund you will find several eateries (Papas Pizza, Viktoria, Langesund Landhandel, Bobben, Solsiden and others) and streets with charming old wooden houses. An idyllic town with a good holiday vibe.

Brevik er en koselig liten by mellom Porsgrunn og Langesund. Her har du alt du trenger for fine dager nær sjøen, med flott utsikt over Eidangerfjorden. Fullt utstyrt leilighet inkl tv og wifi. Hovedbildet er tatt fra etasjen over (hvor vi bor) for å vise «nabolaget». Et soverom med 1.80 dobbeltseng, ekstra lange dyner. Koselig uteplass under tak for allslags sommervær. Usjenert. Nær bade- og fiskemuligheter. Båtslipp 50 m nedenfor leiligheten. Fantastisk skjærgård!

Hyggelig og moderne leilighet med kort vei til Skien sentrum. Porsgrunn er bare en liten tur unna. Kollektivtrafikk rett på utsiden. Nydelig utsikt til elva i fra en romslig balkong. Jeg bor selv i leiligheten og stortrives. Jeg leier den ut ofte da jeg er mye ute og reiser så tilgjengelighet vil variere. Når dere leier har jeg selvfølgelig ikke tilgang til leiligheten.
