A newly built cottage with room for many, in quiet area with 3 km from Luleå city center! Here you have all the amenities and functions! The house is child friendly and accommodates larger parties where everyone gets space and full standard. Own airflow system in the attic. Underfloor heating in all rooms. Patio, access to farm. The house has three bedrooms: bedroom ground floor, bedroom loft and private loft from the living room. All beds have bed standard; suspension with a mattress topper of which two memory foam. Cleaning included. Comfortable trip!

Charming house with an open and large living room that is perfect for relaxing, working or for family. The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

Mysigt gästhus med havsutsikt och bastu i fristående garagebyggnad. Boendet erbjuder fantastisk utsikt från sovrummet. Under perioden september till mars finns det möjlighet att se norrsken från sovrumsfönstret. Under vintertid tar ni er enkelt från gästhuset ut på isen till fots, på skidor eller snöskoter. Porsöberget, close to everything.

Forget all the everyday worries of this spacious and peaceful home. Just step in and feel at home :) Close to the bus (which runs frequently) for traveling into town or taking a walk to the shop which is about 400m from the door. Playground for the small about 100m from the farm and most in the nearby area around Porsö city center.
