Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this quiet and peaceful accommodation with proximity to both water, animals and nature. Modern accommodation with 6 beds divided into 3 rooms. about 50 meters to the lake with the possibility for swimming & fishing. Wood-fired sauna in a separate building on the property. In summer, there is the possibility of a sauna raft, rowing boat, swimming beach, bicycles about 20 minutes to Boden, 30 minutes to Luleå, 50 minutes to Piteå We also have a simpler forest cabin next to a pond where you can hike or hike up our mountain with beautiful views.

If you are more than 2 people, there are additional sleeping places to rent for a fee. Note: the floor is cold in winter

Surrounded by a river, forest, and open fields, it offers a peaceful and nature-oriented stay. The cottage has been carefully renovated with modern comforts for both vacation and work. Access to sauna and fitness facilities on the property. Only a 5-minute walk to ski trails, the river, and the bus. A 15-minute walk to the grocery store and a 15-minute bus ride to the city center and the train station. The airport can be reached in 40 minutes.

The cottage is a compact accommodation solution of 20m2 + outdoor space. In the cottage there are 2 80 cm beds that can be put together to a 160 cm if you want to cozy up a little. The cottage also has a sofa bed that can be slept two adults in. The cottage is free intended for 2 people or 2 + one child. The cottage is completely renovated in 2026 and has a fully equipped kitchen, fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet, a small kitchen table and 2 chairs. Molded plate on land with underfloor heating. Enjoy the nice view of the lake. Ample Parking.

The bed might only fit one guest, but there is a very big cofy couch to sleep on if it's too small

Take a break and unwind in this charming apartment. The apartment is beautifully situated 10 km (6 miles) outside Luleå city center. In a calm area surrounded by meadows and forest. There are many nice walking trails, and in winter, nice snowmobile trails. The apartment has most of what you need. There is a 90-cm bed and a sofa bed with a 140-cm mattress. If needed, an extra mattress can be brought in. Cleaning is done by the host Bedlinen and towels are included.

Close to Ormberget with ski trails and sledding hill in winter, MTB, running and outdoor gym in summer. Only 200 meters to the swimming area and the possibility to rent a kayak/canoe. Beautiful view of the fjord. Bus 100 meters away and a nice 20-minute walk along the water to the city center. Perfect if you want both nature and the city nearby!
