Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this quiet and peaceful accommodation with proximity to both water, animals and nature. Modern accommodation with 6 beds divided into 3 rooms. about 50 meters to the lake with the possibility for swimming & fishing. Wood-fired sauna in a separate building on the property. In summer, there is the possibility of a sauna raft, rowing boat, swimming beach, bicycles about 20 minutes to Boden, 30 minutes to Luleå, 50 minutes to Piteå We also have a simpler forest cabin next to a pond where you can hike or hike up our mountain with beautiful views.

Relatively central and close to bus or train. The guest house is located on the same property as the host family's home. About a 5-minute walk to the gym and pizzeria. 10-minute bike ride to grocery store, about 15-20 minutes by bike to town. Parking space is available. If you are more than 2 people, there are additional sleeping places to rent for a fee. Note: the floor is cold in winter

Surrounded by a river, forest, and open fields, it offers a peaceful and nature-oriented stay. The cottage has been carefully renovated with modern comforts for both vacation and work. Access to sauna and fitness facilities on the property. Only a 5-minute walk to ski trails, the river, and the bus. A 15-minute walk to the grocery store and a 15-minute bus ride to the city center and the train station. The airport can be reached in 40 minutes.

The cottage is a compact accommodation solution of 20 m2 + a patio. The cottage has 2 80-cm beds that can be pushed together to a 160-cm bed if you want to be cozy. The cottage also has a sofa bed that can sleep two adults. The cottage is primarily intended for 2 people or 2 + one child. The cottage was completely renovated in 2026 and has a fully equipped kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet, a small kitchen table and 2 chairs. Cast slab on the ground with underfloor heating. Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. Ample Parking.

Charming cottage in traditional style, in Sandnäset 700 m from Luleälven. The cottage has three rooms, a bedroom with two beds, a living room and a small but functional kitchen. Small but cozy covered terrace with room for table and 2-3 chairs. Next to the terrace there is a shower and toilet. You have the cottage to yourself! Beach is located at Sandnäsudden (about 1 km). Quiet neighborhood and quiet apartment building. All new kitchen. free parking in the neighborhood behind the building or across the street from the building not on the property. the apartment is on the 5th floor, there is no elevator. The bed might only fit one guest, but there is a very big cofy couch to sleep on if it's too small

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. The Yellow Villa

Cozy room with private entrance, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Free parking and electric car charging. Close to Ormberget with ski trails and sledding hill in winter, MTB, running and outdoor gym in summer. Only 200 meters to the swimming area and the possibility to rent a kayak/canoe. Beautiful view of the fjord. Bus 100 meters away and a nice 20-minute walk along the water to the city center. Perfect if you want both nature and the city nearby!
