The location is perfect quite safe, everything is close by. Restaurants, shopping mall, grocery store under 10 minutes. There are also a few historical places under 10 minutes Bob Marley museum, emancipation park and others. The host is very responsive, quick reply, will accommodate your time of arrival and departure. I had a good experience during my stay. If you are going to Kingston this is a must. Uber is quite fast less than five minutes the driver is already at the front gate and the price is affordable.

This is my second time staying at Julie's place..it felt like a little home from home, very welcoming and cozy. nobody to bother me and security staff was very helpful when the internet went out. Juliet response time is impeccable.. Will definitely come again..thanks Juliet.

I had a wonderful stay at this home. The place was exactly as describe clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience.

I had a really great stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, well put together, and super comfortable. It has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a half bath, and a washroom with a washer and dryer, which was really convenient. The living room felt cozy, and it was nice just relaxing on the couch and watching TV—it really added to the homey vibe. The kitchen was in excellent shape, with new appliances and everything needed for cooking. Some things I really appreciated was how spacious the entire place felt, making it easy to settle in as well as there were label on each light switch and other power switches in the house, so you knew exactly what turns on what... I found that very helpful and last but not least how proactive and considerate Gavain was in helping with little things that I needed. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place.

Ideal location if you want to be close to restaurants and bars, very secure as walls are high and gated plus security in the evenings. Space us just ideal and comfortable, felt very homely. Host was very flexible with check in and communicated well, this apartment is literally across from 2 malls so have the option for a few restaurants at your finger tips It's quite close to the main road so tend to hear traffic time to time. Would definitely stay again!

Just had an awesome stay at Trevior’s place. The place looks exactly like the pictures. The space was super spacious and we didn’t realize there were three bathrooms. Wow. What a wonderful surprise. Can’t say enough. Trevior’s place was wonderful.

I loved my time at Cherise’s! The place was so peaceful and comfortable it was difficult to leave. Plus, I had very friendly neighbours so that was an added bonus. A very enjoyable stay and I hope I can come back one day.

I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Bird Bliss. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The communication with the hosts Joy and Shell was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The property was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely perfect, it’s two minutes away from rafting on the Rio Grande, going west, it’s five minutes from to Somerset Falls and going east it’s eight minutes to the Shan Shy Beach. I enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. My overall experience was nothing but amazing. I highly recommend this property when visiting Portland. Thank you Joy and Shell for being super hosts and for such a memorable stay. I will definitely be back

I really enjoyed my time at Kamali’s. Kamali was respectful of my privacy, but always available whenever I needed some guidance. The area is beautiful, lush, safe and quiet. And the studio is, as stated in the listing, absolutely charming.

Our stay went really well. The apartment was the same as what we saw in the photos. The neighborhood was quiet and very adorable. Not very far from the center and very close to the bus station, it's very easy to get there quickly. We would recommend to anybody!🙂

Our stay at Patrick’s place was amazing! The house is huge and beautiful. A worker there named Clive was exceptionally helpful and kind as well as the other employees at the home. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The house was very very clean. There so much space to relax. The pool is also huge and beautiful. Great for pictures. Beautiful balcony on the third floor. They even had games for us to play as well as a pool table and a large chess game. Even people in the neighborhood were friendly. It’s a very scenic environment. I would recommend anyone to stay at Patrick’s property when visiting this area. Patrick wasn’t on site but his communication was amazing and prompt. He responded everytime we reached out and responded very quickly. He even had someone meet us to find the house. We also had multiple people we could contact Incase of any questions or issues. We had our own personal issue before coming and Patrick was even able to accommodate us. We really appreciated that. I’d give this stay 5 stars. The only thing I suggest is if your renting a car to make sure it has good tires as the road is a little rough but any car driving at a slow speed would be fine. The house is definitely worth the trip.

Noel was very helpful great communication I felt very at home staying here Richard was very friendly and nice and always ensured we was comfortable and taken care of the place is very clean with hot water which was very nice and ice cold Ac so no mosquitoes the location is great their is a direct bus to downtown Kingston for as little as 100 Jamaican dollars a restaurant across the road . theirs a bar inside the guest house that has many alcoholic and soft drinks which is nice to go and sit on the roof terrace which shows you bob Marley beach and the very nice views I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely return in the near future this guest house is very safe thank you Richard and Noel

Tge host was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the responsiveness and how clewn and homey the place was. The surrounding was bit less than expected lot of locals around but was definitely worth the stay regardless.

Okay guys Bob Marley Beach is wonderful, so much places to relax and the waves are so good, just 5 min away by walk and you pass through beautiful scenery. If you take the 97 it will cost you 75 Can cents to take a taxi or 75 jamaican dollar to go to new kingston in less than 40 minuts, or take a route taxi for 1$. Cane riverfalls is close and Noel staff will help you take a taxi. The beach and river falls are Bob Marley’s favourite places. The Hotel is nice and the roof terrace will give you amazing view on all Bullbay. Will recommend 100/100 to experience real Jamaica. A restaurant called Corn shop is close and serves good portions for 1000 jamaican( enough for 2 meals).

Suzette was an excellent host and was very accommodating. Thanks again for your assistance with the music and lighting, it really helped to make the baby shower even more special. The place is as beautiful as seen in the photos and perhaps even nicer in person. The location is perfect as it is in close proximity to Sovereign Mall and Barbican. It’s perfect if you’re planning a small function/gathering. For nature lovers, you would enjoy the soothing sounds of the pond’s waterfall or just relaxing in the garden. For those that enjoy relaxing by the poolside, it would be perfect for you. Then for those that just need a very comfortable place to stay then this should be your choice. Overall I give my experience a 10/10.

Visited for JA Carnival and loved staying at Juline’s! The pictures do not do the property justice. Very spacious and clean. It is a short walk to a mall with several eateries, a gym (they offer weekly or daily passes for tourists), and a bank/ATM. Onsite security was very helpful and safety is definitely their top priority. We felt very safe. Be sure to bring your own wash cloths or you can buy a few from a store near the mall. Can’t wait to visit again!
