The view from the balcony was stunning! ideal location for those who want easy access to the beach. 1 min walk, so you can go to the beach a couple of times throughout the day. The host always replied promptly, making sure we had everything we need. The drainage in the shower room could be improved. Thank you!

Alex informed us very well before arrival, as we arrived late in the evening. The apartment was exactly as it was seen in the pictures. We felt very comfortable from the very first moment. Unfortunately, there was facade work going on during the day, but no one could do anything about it. Alex came by to get an impression and to apologize to us. We were very pleased about that! We were also very pleased with the bottle of Carva and water in the refrigerator.

Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was very nice, clean and close to several restaurants, supermarket and a beautiful beach nearby. Stefanie and Miquel also helped us during our stay when we encountered some small difficulties. Thank you for the stay and of course we will come back when we have holidays in Mallorca again. I highly recommend the place.

Claudia was really helpful and friendly. The apartment is just as described, right on the beach, small supermarkets close by as well as a taxi rank. It's a 20min walk to the waterpark and Lidl, lots of restaurants close by and the Airport bus drops you right across the street. We had a fabulous stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

A very well-equipped apartment with absolutely everything you need! (Dishes, bathroom products, and even a yoga mat and diving masks!) The accommodation is spacious, very pleasant, we had a great week! Thank you very much Luis for your hospitality and for the welcome attentions!

Another great stay in this apartment Antonio is always there if you need any help are advice. The apartment is in a perfect location great views from the big lovely terrace I can’t fault it in anyway. The apartment is really nice - nicely furnished, flooded with light and with a fantastic view that makes every morning something special. Especially pleasant: In the Hotel Molins directly opposite, you can have a great breakfast, so you can start the day perfectly. All in all, a wonderful place to feel good and enjoy!

cristina was super friendly and communicative from the beginning! the airbnb was beautifully located right on the beach and right next to the bus stop. multiple supermarkets across the street. the place was beautifully decorated! we really enjoyed our time here :)

We had a great stay at Gaspar’s apartment. Everything from the location to the snacks in the apartment was great and thought through. We love to cook, and the apartment was equipped with all necessary equipment. Would highly recommend!

great place with a magnificeny view overseeing Alcudia marina and close to the beach. 20 minutes walking distance to Alcudia old town. Spotless apartment with everything we needed. Host was very communicative. Thanks for having us! We will definitely come back to Majorca!

We loved the place! The location is perfect - only two minutes' walk to the large beach, 10 minutes' walk to the harbor, where there are great restaurants. The accommodation is extremely clean, well maintained, beautiful and cozy. It has great amenities, a great kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Viorica was also super friendly and the communication with her was great. We can only recommend the place! :)

Perfect location, clean tidy with modern bathroom and kitchen. Car parking needs to be explained a little better. You can park there but it's a first come first served basis. The big cushion on the bed was perfect for separating 2 children sharing the double bed. Plenty for kids to do in and around the area we also made good use of the communal pool.

Beautiful apartment just a stroll from the beach, very quiet and private. Walk into the port was only 10 mins but lots of shops, cafe's etc on the way - would definitely stay again

We very much enjoyed or stay at this apartment. The hot tub jacuzzi was a special treat at the end of a busy day! Juana Maria was very responsive to questions during our stay. We will recommend this apartment to our friends.

My boys loved using the hot tub which was great for a winter visit to Port de Pollença. The outdoor space was great as I was able to cook outside while they played. It also feels very private. The interior space is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a trip as well as good quality cooking supplies. Also, a big thanks for the local beer!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

We loved staying at this Airbnb. The best part was everything we could possibly need was there from beach toys to all the utensils in the kitchen blankets. Everything was great couldn’t be happier. Location was fantastic. Easy to walk around and easy to access transport and other bits and pieces if needed.

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.
