Great time staying in this very well appointed and comfortable apartment. Quiet neighbourhood but only steps away from the lovely beach and close to shops and restaurants. We would love to come back again.

It was just the perfect place to stay. Great location, beautifully furnished, didn’t want to leave we just loved it. Two seconds to the beach and such a wonderful location.

We have had a fantastic stay at Tesa’s place - it is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay in Puerto Pollenca. The interior is beautifully decorated and spacious, with new bathrooms. The balcony has amazing views of the sea. The location is ideal for walking along the Pinewalk. Tesa is a fantastic host, so friendly and helpful. She deals with any questions quickly and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We will definitely be coming back here next year!

Comfortable, spacious apartment with outstanding view. Friendly host who met us to show us around the accommodation. Well equipped kitchen for basic self-catering. Dated bathrooms but everything worked. Comfy beds. Supermarket easily walkable & spoilt for choice with dining/bar options. Buses easy to navigate for day trips. Really enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed this place. Amazing views and great location and really comfortable and well fitted out. We were a little worried about the shop below but there was no noise and it was super handy just to pop down for supplies! Dickinsons were really good, very responsive, the airport transfer they organised worked really well. We will certainly return!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the apartment was perfect for all our needs. We were on a cycling holiday and having an apartment so close to supermarkets, the beach and all other amenities was wonderful. We had such a memorable and enjoyable holiday.

Me and my mom spent a week in this apartment and couldn’t be happier! Very easy check in and great instructions on parking and supermarkets. In the nicest area of the port, very nice restaurants but still quiet in the evening. Highly recommended ✨✨✨

We absolutely loved our family stay . The apartment was clean and tidy and had plenty of storage and perfect amenities. The stroll up and down the pine walk was bliss ! We would love to return

The view from the balcony was stunning! ideal location for those who want easy access to the beach. 1 min walk, so you can go to the beach a couple of times throughout the day. The host always replied promptly, making sure we had everything we need. The drainage in the shower room could be improved. Thank you!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön– nett eingerichtet, lichtdurchflutet und mit einem fantastischen Ausblick, der jeden Morgen zu etwas Besonderem macht. Besonders angenehm: Im Hotel Molins direkt gegenüber kann man großartig frühstücken, sodass man den Tag perfekt starten kann. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Genießen!

Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung direkt im Stadtzentrum, mit einem eigenen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage . ( mega ) Schöne Restaurants , Bäckereien, Einkaufsmarkt , direkt alles vor der Tür. Strand 5min entspannt Fussweg. Es war seit langem mal wieder eine Airbnb, die komplett häuslich eingerichtet gewesen war. Die Wohnung war gemütlich , warm . Zur Begrüßung lag ein Starterset mit allem was man so braucht ( Tabs, Snacks , Spüli , usw ), und eine Flasche Wein in der Küche. Die Terrasse der Wohnung ist sehr groß & schön, und auch vollends ausgestattet ( gemütliche Sitzecke ,Liegen, Grill usw ) Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Gemeinschaftspool im Innenhof. Die Anlage ist leider etwas lieblos / betoniert gestaltet. Aber, man braucht ihn eigentlich auch nicht, da das schöne Meer gleich vor der Tür ist. Sehr schöne Wohnung , gern mal wieder .

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and just as described. Everything is very nicely decorated so you feel right at home. Everything is clean and the bed was very comfortable!!! The apartment and the balcony are very spacious and the view is just incredible. You can also easily walk into Puerto Pollença so the location is perfect. Javier was incredibly nice and always helpful and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I can really wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and Javier as a host. I had a great and relaxing time! Thanks Javier, I will definitely be back :)

Die Wohnung war optimal für unseren Aufenthalt in Port de Pollenca. Die Lage ist traumhaft - 10 m vom Strand, fussläufig sind Restaurants und Cafés erreichbar. Am besten ist der Blick auf die Bucht von Wohnzimmer und Terrasse!! Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten für 2 Personen und gemütlich eingerichtet. Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos.

Large, spacious, modern. Great value for money. Close to beach, restaurants and great launch point for cycling rides.

Beautiful apartment just a stroll from the beach, very quiet and private. Walk into the port was only 10 mins but lots of shops, cafe's etc on the way - would definitely stay again

We very much enjoyed or stay at this apartment. The hot tub jacuzzi was a special treat at the end of a busy day! Juana Maria was very responsive to questions during our stay. We will recommend this apartment to our friends.

My boys loved using the hot tub which was great for a winter visit to Port de Pollença. The outdoor space was great as I was able to cook outside while they played. It also feels very private. The interior space is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a trip as well as good quality cooking supplies. Also, a big thanks for the local beer!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

We loved staying at this Airbnb. The best part was everything we could possibly need was there from beach toys to all the utensils in the kitchen blankets. Everything was great couldn’t be happier. Location was fantastic. Easy to walk around and easy to access transport and other bits and pieces if needed.

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.
