This is a gem, a peaceful, private place beside a stream behind the big house. The little house is spacious and I sometimes felt inclined to cook during my week long stay, listening to the stream or to music. The bed is very comfortable and there is an air purifier and filtered water. Tuli, the resident dog in the big house is gentle and affectionate. I felt very much at home and hope to stay again.

We were only at Sylvia’s house for one night, but it was a lovely stay. The house was warm and inviting with plenty of space. The loft bedroom was perfect and very comfortable. The shower is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to New York.

We enjoyed our stay at Kevin's place. As many others have said, the surroundings are even more beautiful in person. There is another rental unit right across the yard, which we didn't realize, but ultimately we found it nice knowing there were other people around. The kitchen and bathroom(s) were notably gorgeous and comfortable - though we didn't cook, I've never seen a better stocked kitchen in terms of cooking tools at an Airbnb. A spacious and peaceful retreat.

We had such a lovely weekend staying in this cozy cabin. The views of the river and ridge from the yard were beautiful and calming. We were able to have a late check out with ease! Definitely will be back to stay again!

Substantial and comfortable space. Very well appointed property with hot tub, bath and kitchen with clothes washing facility. Great views and well located near some lovely towns. We had a big car and parking was slightly tight to turn but a very minor observation!

Wonderful Memorial Day weekend stay! House is large and can easily accommodate a family or group of friends. Great proximity to Rhinebeck and surrounding towns. The team managing the home was wonderful. Communication A+. Hope to be back!

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect spot for us (3 adults), but would still be comfortable with more guests. I would also recommend it for extended stays. It was very spacious, clean, and thoughtfully set up. We loved the privacy of the location and its beautiful yard and pond, while still being a quick drive into the town of Rhinebeck. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time here! It was clean and comfortable, with a perfect location - close to both downtown New Paltz and the Gunks. It was lovely to have tea and coffee in the morning while watching rabbits, birds and deer in the backyard. Our host was responsive and had great suggestions for restaurants and activities. Our second time staying at Maitopia with our cat, just as wonderful in a different warmer season. Tina was super responsive as usual and even accommodated a late checkout. We enjoyed feasting in the kitchen as well as grilling in the yard, floating around in the pool when it was warm enough out, "hiking" with our cat on a leash around the forest on the property, taking baths, streaming music. We didn't leave the property much, but it was a fun highlight to get a few local produce items at nearby Greig farm and meet the adorable goats. One tip- bring an eyemask if you're sensitive to light in the mornings- there aren't any window shades in the bedroom.

The Eco Cottage was a perfect, tiny gem tucked away in the middle of the beautiful green woods. It was so private, peaceful, and serene. It truly felt like my own little retreat and since I was there to go on a retreat, this was the perfect place to lay my head at night. I loved walking the trails and wow, the pool, which looked so inviting (even if it was a bit too chilly to use this time!). Everything was clean, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Hosts checked in regularly but gave me my privacy. I really enjoyed my stay SO MUCH and will absolutely be booking here again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the dome! Very peaceful and quiet. This dome was obviously saged or blessed by the pope himself because the vibes were immaculate. Felt like we were living inside a beautiful interior design Pinterest post. Cody was a great host and his Catskills guidebook was very helpful.

The property itself is beautiful, and it’s just a short drive to great hikes, bike trails, restaurants, and breweries. A truly lovely spot to unwind and explore. While this is my first time using Airbnb and also first time staying at the Catskills, my family enjoyed our stay at Emily’s cabin; it was peaceful, cozy and quieter; the place is stocked with all the basic things that makes life comfortable; my wife and the kids loved it and that makes me happy! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Olga’s! The design throughout the space is beautiful, and staying on the second floor feels like floating among the trees. It’s also wonderfully private, with great food spots nearby that make the location super convenient.

Wonderful large studio with warm materials and beautiful renovation. Very easy access by car to Rhinebeck, Poughkeepsie, Culinary Institute of America, and just a little farther to Kingston or New Paltz, very reachable. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the space.

Great little spot close enough to everything you need yet far enough away from the Poughkeepsie noise. Great for a Vassar parent looking for quick night with a comfy bed!

Had a lovely stay. One of the closest properties to the Main Street in town, so you are able to relax in a quiet space but also go to and from town as often and as easily as you’d like. Host was very communicative, offering flexible check in and check out as well as local recommendations. Highly recommend.
