The Mar y Sol Condo is a family friendly condominium consisting of only 8 units, very private and half a block from a beach public access point. The unit is located on the ground floor which offers convenient access to pool area and assigned parking. This condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed, two bunk beds in the hall & queen sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances & cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, blender & toaster. Dining area sits 6. This unit is located on the ground floor which makes it very convenient to load/unload suitcases & groceries. Only a few steps to the beach. The best aspect of this condo is its location having a lots of amenities within walking distance.

Awesome Beachfront Condo !

8th Floor beachfront 2B/2B condo at Saida IV. There are 3 pools, 4 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, shuffleboard, a pool-side food and bar cabana (seasonal). It's walking distance to shops, restaurants and Schlitterbahn. We have new appliances, flooring, couches, a washer/dryer, and we're granting you access to the owners' closet w/beach chairs, beach toys, tennis rackets, etc. During Spring Break wrist bands are required for people ages 12 - 32; they're $30 +tax/ea. Alta Vista - Saltillo Unit #3 NO SPRING BREAKERS

Our family purchased the historical Alta Vista, which was built in 1931, in 2003 and began a complete authentic restoration while preserving some of its original features, including the beautiful oak flooring, exterior masonry and doors. We have modernized with central air conditioning, on-demand hot water, satellite TV, WI-FI internet and swimming pool. The kitchens and bathrooms feature beautiful talavera tile and saltillo tile floors which we brought with us from trips to Central Mexico.

Intimate, completely private studio. Our guests love the private backyard, patio, and fenced space. Ground level - no stairs. 2 minute walk to beach access.
