It was such a nice place to stay while we were on our honeymoon. They were so sweet to even get us flowers and wine to celebrate. The place was clean and perfect for what we needed. The area was perfect. We enjoyed it!

We had an amazing experience staying at this condo! The instructions were super clear, but what truly stood out was how immaculately clean everything was. It honestly felt like we were the first guests to ever stay there. Major props to the owner and the cleaning team for the level of care and attention! The attention to detail was impressive; for instance, the kitchen was spotless, and even the sponge was brand new! We had nearly everything we needed to cook and bake, and the provided coffee grounds were a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. We came prepared, but the condo had us covered beyond expectations. We've never used but there were even beach essentials like chairs and a volleyball. Without a doubt, the condo was the best part of our South Padre trip. While we weren’t too impressed with some of the overpriced restaurants in the area, if we ever return to South Padre, we’ll definitely be booking this same condo again. Thank you for everything!

We had an amazing stay at David’s place. The listing was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious. The location was ideal for the events we needed to be at. Very close to many Great restaurants and shopping. Great deal!! Would stay here again 10/10!

My family and I loved our stay here! We were able to celebrate my mother’s 49th birthday at its fullest. From late night walks at the beach to endless hours at the pool, everything was perfect. The place was gorgeous and made you feel right at home. Can’t wait until we book again!

We just got back from our 5 days in South Padre. We were very very happy with our accommodations. It was in a great location, we appreciated the ground floor, it was just as described, and most of all - it was spotless and clean. One of the mornings I messaged Jeff, because I couldn't find the broom and dustpan to take care of the grit that comes with being on the beech. He immediatly responded, stating to look in the bedroom closet, and I should find an electric broom, broom and dustpan. shazam - we no longer had sand under our toes. Would definitely come back again and would hope we have the opportunity to rent this unit. Thank you so much.

This was perfect for my family of 5. It is large and spacious with comfortably sized bedrooms. There are plenty of restaurants walkable and the beach is right there. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: *the kitchen is well-equipped *great view of the bay *comfortable mattresses *you can have barbecues. * it's really peaceful. Cons: *Sometimes the host takes a long time to reply. *You need to pay $60 dollars or a $500 refundable deposit. (It's mentioned in the description). I read that some people had some problems with the Wi-Fi but it wasn't an issue for us. However, they told me we prior my arrival what to do in case the Internet wasn't working. Bottom line: I will definitely stay here again.

Clean, spacious, comfortable. Extremely walkable location to cafes and restaurants. Loved the pool and beach access! Parking was conveniently located.

We enjoyed this private and peaceful hotel. So close to the beach and everything was prepared nicely. The pool was great and it felt like a little home away from home. The walks were so pleasant to and from the beach. Would not mind at all booking again in the future. This place is a great stay!

This place was perfect!! Everything was super clean and modern. Location was perfect! Loved the pool area. They even had beach equipment like a wagon, chairs, umbrellas, towels which was a nice surprise! We loved this place so much and will definitely stay again!!

If I could give this place 6 stars, I absolutely would! This beach Airbnb exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained everything was. The space had a modern and stylish design that still managed to feel warm and welcoming. Every detail, from the furniture to the decor, was clearly chosen with care. The location was perfect—peaceful, safe, and just steps away from the beach. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to walk out and enjoy the ocean within minutes. It felt like a true getaway, but still had easy access to great restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. The host was also amazing—very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was exactly as described (if not better).

This is an amazing place to stay. It is located right in the middle of everything, so walking to stores and the beach was easy. Very well kept and clean. The only issue we had was that there wasn't enough toilet paper or paper towels for the amount of time we stayed, which really isn't something too important. I really enjoyed this place because of the space, location, parking, and it was well equipped with things we might have needed.

Everything was excellent, the apartment was very clean and in a very good location with good views of the beach and very good communication from the renters.

Licia was an amazing host! She was extremely responsive and very helpful with all of my questions. I've stayed at the Sapphire before, but my family and I truly loved her place. It was extremely clean, had a fantastic view and was comfortable. I would highly recommend Licia and her condo for anyone looking to visit South Padre Island!

Maria’s home was wonderful and cozy, yet modern. The private pool is special and was a lot of fun! We had a canceled flight and she made things very easy for check in so we could enjoy another day in South Padre! We will definitely be back.

Jennifer’s place was perfect for my family of 5. The condo was spotless and the location was good. Jennifer had a wagon and beach toys/chairs in the garage. The heated pool was great especially since the day was chilly. Definitely will consider staying again.

We loved this place! It was very clean and cozy. I packed extra home items with me just in case but everything we needed was there readily accessible. Another nice feature are the bathroom showers super clean and modern which I loved. Definitely going back!

100% recommend the place is beautiful, it’s so convenient the pool right in front of the condo and the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Everything so clean and she provides all the necessities as included, every little detail and the smallest thing you would forget to take she has it!🤩 definitely this will be the place I would stay everytime I go from now on.
