A nice weekend with friends in Peyriac-de-Mer, in Alexandra's pleasant accommodation, clean with spacious living room. Very well located, close to the pretty village square with bakery, grocery store, restaurants, ice cream maker that is aptly named "Gourmandises"... Provide only one parking space near the dwelling. Sylvaine's apartment is as described and very comfortable with its 3 bedrooms separate from the living area and its veranda. it is well located in a quiet cul-de-sac and a numbered location for the car. The welcome by Sylvaine's mother, who handed over the keys, was very friendly. We recommend eyes closed.

Christine and her husband are great, very kind and attentive. They are very attentive and responsive. The accommodation is very cute, well-equipped (for babies as well). The terrace is very cute and we were able to enjoy it (despite the mosquitoes: thank you to the mosquito repellent lent by Christine): it is shaded and well equipped. Restaurants, beach, bakeries are within walking distance. We had a great time at La Franqui at Christine's. Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay here in Guillaume and Eva's lovely chalet. We had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable. Peyriac de Mer is a beautiful village, we enjoyed walks and bike rides and peace and quiet. It was a perfect week in every way!

Cedric was very kind and attentive in order to organize our stay. The place met our expectations. We felt very comfortable there. May, the host, with a kindness that warms the heart. Local shops within walking distance, and various activities quickly accessible by car. Stay too short to be able to do everything. The wind was part of the experience, happy to have been able to enjoy the two balconies of the accommodation and its comfortable sofa! Fabienne sent us all the explanations to find her property very easily. Upon our arrival, small attentions awaited us... the accommodation was consistent with the photos and clean. There was nothing missing to have a good stay. We spent 3 nights there (off-season summer) it was quiet and relaxing 2 minutes walk from the sea.

Our hosts provided a very clean, appointed seaside themed, beautiful view, comforts from home apartment. Comprehensive instruction welcome package and a very proactive response time when questions were asked. It is one of the reasons we would visit Gruissan again! Our stay at Pascale and Claude's was just perfect! The accommodation is impeccably clean, decorated with care! A real peaceful little cocoon. You can feel all the love (attention🤫) and care that Pascale puts into welcoming her "travelers". I recommend it 300%! And we'll probably come back ☺️

Everything was good. Communication was great

The house is in the back of the complex, on the small path of the canal. It is very nice and practically renovated, has two rooms about the same size and the attic with two sleeping places. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a microwave and oven, as well as a large fridge including freezer. For us (two couples with 1 dog) it was a wonderful time, very relaxing! The surroundings are a dream, we often went hiking or cycling. The sea is nice and close and this year we got to know the small natural paradise "Petit Dosse", very close by. Cecile is very friendly, likeable, well organized and accommodating - the handover of the apartment and communication with her was very straightforward and pleasant! We would love to vacation again in this Mas!

Superb Mas located on the fishermen's island and very well equipped. The location is perfect, right next to the restaurant and pool. We'll be happy to go back!

The cottage is perfectly positioned with a lovely view over the nearby lake. The accommodation is bright, spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay in this beautiful place.

A cute little place in a beautiful, peaceful location on the lake. A bread van in the mornings and some evenings there was pizza or mussels in the square. 2 lovely pools, table tennis and direct access to the lake. 15-20 mins to several beautiful beaches. We absolutely loved our stay!

A very nice stay with family for the Ascension, in an area full of charm and a beautiful environment that could be reminiscent of Tuscany. Vines, cypresses, olive trees, sun, outdoor dining, beautiful sheltered pool, very large and beautiful garden, a little paradise! Close to the village and abbey of Lagrasse (Le Bastion gastro restaurant!), the splendid abbey of Fontfroide, Carcassonne and the African reserve of Sigean, enough to keep the whole family busy. A beautiful memory.

Cottage in a peaceful environment surrounded by greenery. Large terrace without neighbors opposite, the other cottages being at a good distance and nice contact with the neighbors. Well-equipped apartment, air conditioning is a real plus when it's 35 degrees... Pleasant indoor pool where we could swim alone. A good base for visiting the region, enjoy the pleasant village of Homps (2-hour barge ride on the Canal du Midi with the company Croisières du Midi, very good)
