Perfect stay! Sinan is an exceptional host, very welcoming and available. His tips on restaurants and local things to do were valuable. We felt right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the charm of this house. Everything was thought out for our comfort, from kitchen amenities to plush towels. A real cocoon. Located in a quiet area, the accommodation is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The proximity to shops and restaurants is a real plus. i highly recommend it

Vanessa and Marc's villa is excellent! It is not only as in the pictures, but also top equipped and new! The beds were comfortable, the terrace and the pool a dream (the most well-kept pool we've ever had). The location is somewhat in the mountains in a small quiet place. Larger supermarkets are about 5 km away, but it is quiet and absolutely safe. We enjoyed the Catalan culture and the food of the region as well as the beautiful and diverse places nearby. Collioure stole our hearts, Barcelona and Figueres brought us closer to Catalan culture. There are long sandy beaches nearby and the climate was perfect for the 4 of us. The villa has air conditioning and is good to enjoy even on hot days. The pool was 28 degrees and was perfect for us, even for our youngest as a beginner swimmer. We had a great week in Collioure. The house is somewhat up the mountainside from the city, and you have good opportunities to relax in and around the house. There are also good hiking opportunities up in the mountains. The house had many zones where you could relax and enjoy the sun and the view down towards the city. The air conditioning also helped keep the temperature in low even on hot days. Kitchen and bathroom were nice and practical. We often made dinner ourselves in the house. The host was also very helpful in making all the equipment, spices and other food available for us. The pool was often used for cooling on hot days. Otherwise it is just a short ride to the center of Collioure or Argeles-sur-Mer to enjoy the beach life and restaurants there. Uber and bolt were reluctant to drive up and one should be able to master some French language to connect with local taxi. Recommend having a car available. On the property there is a peacock, which can get something close. The hosts are very easy to deal with and help with everything.

Sophie and Hamed are very friendly hosts, we had a great welcome, even with small gifts (wines, sweets...) in short, nice touches. Sophie sent me many good deals nearby, she is very responsive, attentive, available. In addition, they gave us the opportunity to arrive earlier and leave later. The house is very clean and well-equipped, there is everything you need to cool off during this hot period (air conditioning and fans in each room) The pool and dining areas are great. We are 9 people very satisfied with this stay. We recommend these charming hosts and this accommodation which, moreover, is well located (quiet neighborhood and close to popular clubs and restaurants)

Beautiful house, perfect for families with kids. We were three families with three children each. Beautiful fenced pool. Lots of toys, football goal, slide, swing, etc. Large super furnished kitchen. Large living space and nice comfortable terrace. We felt very comfortable. Guillaume was very nice and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend it

After a lovely stay two years ago, we rebooked this property again with no hesitation for our next family holiday in the area. The house is well laid out with air conditioning throughout which kept us cool during some high temperatures. The outdoor area is beautiful and spacious, and we were happy just being by the pool all day. I also appreciated that the hosts let me know we could check in early on arrival day if needed, before I even had to ask. Would definitely recommend, and stay again.

The setting is very pleasant, quiet with the large pool and parking space. The welcome is warm and allows you to have the instructions, and the tips for visits, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay, during which we shone to visit Carcassonne, Narbonne, Gruissan, Collioure, Minerve and many more. Regarding the accommodation, the separate toilet from the bathroom is a real plus. There are the essentials on site (washing machine and hanging rack, kitchen accessories, tea towels...).

Great stay! There were 15 of us in the villa. The amenities worked great and the dwelling is spacious. Great hot tub! The villa has kept its promises, it is very secluded and therefore quite difficult to find the first time. Station at the mud path and follow the green path at the red house. There are two kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs and big plancha that replace a barbecue very well. The outdoor space is large and the interior space also has plenty of dining table setup options. I highly recommend it! Be careful to anticipate the location of the garbage cans a little far away.

Since everything was in order in your house, I was very happy to replace the cups so that everything is in order.:-)For us 2 with dog, the house was suitable. Unusual for us Germans the small beds - but that's in the description. The interior is all top as described. The stairs are very steep, so you should be fit. The location - wow, just great. THE view of the sea and the tranquility. But it was also preseason and nothing was happening. Brioche our dog also gives a thumbs up and heart as a rating. Alain you have found and created a little paradise. Thank you so much for letting us stay with you.

Very beautiful house both inside and outside. Comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Florence was not there, everything is done by phone, very responsive to my questions and very good advice for visits to do around.

We stayed for a week at this great villa for a week. Everything was perfect and even beyond our expectations. The villa, the setting, the amenities, the pool…. A big thank you to our host also who contacted us to organize everything before our arrival, responsive when we have questions or needs. We'll be back very soon, that's for sure.
