Relax with a hot tub soak, then cap the evening sharing stories under an inky sky gathered round the fire pit with a soothing hot toddy or mug of creamy cocoa.

Enjoy all the conveniences of home including a private entrance, open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, AC, washer/dryer & outdoor patio with a fire pit. The 2 bedrooms offer privacy and the comfort of king beds in addition to a sofa bed and futon in the living room for additional guests. Enjoy State College, then relax in this nearby getaway on the mountainside.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.
