Each room (bedrooms and living room), features its own air conditioning unit to ensure your comfort throughout the year, whether you need to stay cool or cozy. The kitchen is full equipped and you will find everything you need for your stay. A welcome pack is waiting for you at your arrival and you are very welcome to use the beach towels if you'd like to take a swim!

The apartment is located in the center of Alicante but the street is very quiet. All services are around the floor. Supermarkets, El Corte Inglés shopping center, pharmacy, playground with an open-air café, amusement park for children, and Canalejas Park with large ficus trees. The sea, the Explanada promenade, and the port are a 5-minute walk away. The beach is a 20-minute walk away. Groups of friends are not allowed, because the neighbors are elderly and complain about noise.
