Holiday rentals with breakfast in Port of Alicante

We had a lovely stay at Cristina's house! We used the garden and swimming pool a lot and the beach is very close. Also the airco in the room was very nice. We got a lot of tips for sightseeing and restaurants. The communication with Cristina and her brother was very good and we received answers very quick.

Great place to stay. Really peaceful neighborhood and lots of good restaurants nearby. There is also a big supermarket where you can get everything you need. Great house with all the utensils, towels, etc. You can sunbathe on the rooftop and BBQ some meat downstairs. There is also a shared pool and parking space. Neighbors were friendly and their dogs too, so not sure why people complain in the comments. Host is very responsive and gave us clear instructions. The beach is in 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. So if you want to chill in the quiet place with all the good stuff nearby I highly suggest.

The stay at this place was awesome, a super special house. It looked like we were at another time because of the age of the house and the furnishings, although everything was in very good condition. In addition to plenty of space in the house, the outdoor patio of the house was huge and you could spend the day outdoors as well. Victor and Winahost were very vigilant that we arrived without complications and even at check-out they gave us a lot of flexibility. It was also a detail that the house had as many facilities as dishwasher, some food for snacking or drinking, all the appliances possible... We were a short time but we would repeat without hesitation, thank you very much. ❤️

Raquel's apartment is spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The bed and the sofa bed are very comfortable, but very real. Raquel was always willing to help and allowed us a margin at check in and out. The kitchen is beautiful. And the apartment is very central, next to the seafront. A great host and an excellent place.

We spent 1 month from mid-July to mid-August. Eva met us in person, drove us to the apartment in her car. She showed me the nearby shops, where I could relax, where I could go. All issues were resolved very quickly. The interior is not new, but everything is comfortable. Climbing quite high, children + food, was difficult. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the beach by bus, it is unrealistic to walk, it is very far, as well as to the center. In general, we liked everything. Thank you!

I stayed in Alicante with 5 friends for a weekend and we had a very good time. Apartment in the center and Jose is very helpful and always at the service as he responds very quickly. I recommend it

Eva is a great host welcoming and very responsive the bedding was great! the little touches like fruit and a pack of sweets waiting for you when you arrive or a small night light for your child makes all the difference🙂. thank you again Eva it was a pleasure!

The place is very spacious, comfortable and the central location. The rooms are very spacious with a great bathroom and a lot of intimacy. Overall highly recommended and an excellent value for the money, we would definitely repeat.

Arianna and Stefano are a very peaceful retired Italian couple and the three cats also live in harmony in this beautiful house with Thai decor. Arianna devotes herself to the art of macramé and creates great works beautifully used throughout the house. The breakfasts are hearty and we chose to share the evening meal at their table: sometimes Spanish, Thai, Italian, they were tasty discoveries and that for 10 € / pers. Thank you to them for this relaxing stay that made us travel well beyond the magnificent places we discovered far from the crowds...

We had a wonderful week at Xavier’s home! Even though we shared the house with him, we had plenty of privacy, and having Xavier around was actually a highlight. He was always kind and happy to chat or offer great local recommendations—despite the language barrier, we made it work effortlessly on both sides. We traveled with a 3.5-year-old, and Xavier thoughtfully had some toys by the poolside, which made a big difference for us. The jacuzzi was a great bonus, perfect for unwinding in the afternoon or evening. Each morning started with a simple yet lovely petit déjeuner: a fresh breadroll, croissant, condiments, and hot coffee or tea. Nothing fancy, just the right touch to start the day relaxed. The location is ideal for exploring the Costa Blanca, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to disconnect and enjoy. Highly recommend

Had such a great stay! Cristian is a lovely host and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

The stay with Sean was good. He is friendly, social and helpful. Breakfast was provided every morning, a pleasant and delicious surprise. From Sean you can walk to several restaurants. The airbnb is definitely recommended.
