There are surveillance cameras, security gates, intrusion detector and smoke detectors connected to the head office 24 hours a day. Imagine swimming, paddle surfing course, playing with your kids in the sand, running on the shores of the Mediterranean or simply enjoying the varied gastronomic offer of the neighborhood, especially known for its rice, fish and its variety of bars. It is not allowed to host more people than indicated in the reservation; if the rules are violated, you could be evicted without refund. 🔑 Keys and check-out If you leave before, leave the keys on the table and close the door on your way out. Remember to always lock. If you lose the keys, there will be a cost of €500 per lock change and copies of keys. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment; please go to the street if you need to. 🌍 Saving Energy We ask you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving to avoid waste of energy. 🧺 Servicios extra We can offer extra cleaning or bedding if you request it when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The government applies a rate of €10.45 per person (over 16 years of age) and night, up to 7 nights, mandatory to access the apartment. ю Check-in Check-in is from as 15hs. In case you arrive after 5pm, you must inform us 24hs in advance to coordinate an agent to receive it and hand over the keys. ю Checkout Check-out is by 11am. Let us know if you need to check out later and we'll do our best to offer you a late checkout, always subject to availability. People under 35 years old are not allowed except families. The apartment is located in a residential building. It is not allowed to have parties in the apartment. Failure to comply with these rules or if we have complaints about bad behavior, implies the loss of the deposit and expulsion from the apartment. There is a tourist tax upon arrival of 6.88 euros per person per night.

The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.
