Remember to always lock. If you lose the keys, there will be a cost of €500 per lock change and copies of keys. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment; please go to the street if you need to. 🌍 Saving Energy We ask you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving to avoid waste of energy. 🧺 Servicios extra We can offer extra cleaning or bedding if you request it when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The government applies a rate of €10.45 per person (over 16 years of age) and night, up to 7 nights, mandatory to access the apartment. ю Check-in Check-in is from as 15hs. Let us know if you need to check out later and we'll do our best to offer you a late checkout, always subject to availability. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm.
