Location was easy to find and get to, close to main food and shopping strip but also peaceful and tranquil. Linda was a great host, responsive and provided the right amount of information. Highly recommend!

I booked an overnight stay (as we had a friend’s birthday celebration), so a quick visit. I booked Richard’s apartment based on all the fantastic reviews & it did not disappoint! My friend and I had an absolutely lovely stay at Christine and Kevin's beautiful garden studio. Christine made us feel right at home in the space with her kind welcome and clear instructions. The studio is a gorgeous self-contained space with all the amenities you could possibly need. There are multiple tram lines nearby and the area was great for walking. This wonderful, private space was a really safe home base for a busy girls trip!

What a wee gem Helens and David’s place was we felt right at home the moment we walked in. Toasty warm, comfortable bed lovely linen and towels. It was roomy and kitchen well equipped with lovely breakfast supplies. Helen and David super friendly and nothing was a problem. We rate it 5 stars and will be back.

Firstly the property was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. The host was very responsive and proactive. The accommodation was so very clean and spotless we were right at home. We felt very spoilt with the complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge. The outdoor bath was just marvellous and even the bath bomb was provided, we spent 2hrs in it! So very private and relaxing. All this just minutes drive to the cafes and shops. Great value for money! Thank you for the great experience! We will definitely be back!

A wonderful quiet getaway in a beautiful peaceful location. The space was beautifully designed & comfy, and the inclusions such as the breakfast and little treats left for us to enjoy were wonderful. Robyn was a great host and super friendly, and we loved meeting her dogs Gracie and Kevin, as well as the handsome Steers.

My partner and I spent Easter weekend in Karyn‘s apartment in Mt Martha. It was absolutely perfect for our three-night getaway from the city. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and was squeaky clean when we arrived. It‘s a cosy and tasteful place for two people, with nice indoor and outdoor areas to relax after a day full of swimming or hiking. There is no stove but a microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. so cooking some meals is definitely possible. The parking space and the short distance to the beach, cafes, supermarkets and main roads were very convenient. I would absolutely recommend Karyn‘s place!

This is our second time staying at the Bungalow and it won’t be our last. The place is very cozy, the beach is just down the road and our dog Miles loves it. Lisa is a fantastic host and add gorgeous little extras. Looking forward to our next visit.

This conveniently located apartment is Perfect and cosy, so close to the beach and eateries you can leave the car behind. The host was extremely informative and access easy. The only negative is not disability friendly being on the 2nd floor. Would definitely stay here again!

The location and the property were exactly as shown on the site and very well presented and maintained. Kerry was an excellent host with the small details, like leaving a light on as I was arriving after dark, that made me feel very welcome. Kerry was also very knowledgeable about the local area. I hope to be able to stay again in the future.

George was really friendly, by greeting us when we reached and sending us off. He was also quite understanding when we requested for specific check out timing, and accommodated to our check in timing (even though we were a bit late due to immigration clearance). Overall, really had a very enjoyable experience and will definitely book this airbnb again when we come back to Melbourne :D

The perfect little getaway for our young family of four. Endless toys, gameboards and books for the little ones and the snacks provided are so greatly appreciated! A very comfortable two night stay with a friendly host. Very quiet at night. Just a note that the toilet and bathroom adjoins the bedroom on a sliding door which didn’t allow for privacy. A small point overall. Thanks for hosting us Lindy, we enjoyed exploring Mornington peninsula.

Yuwei is a great host. He responds quick to messages and very helpfull. Easily located in Point Cook and close to facilities. Spacious indoor with two good bedrooms and nice spacious livingroom. Me and my boys loved to stay. .

Exactly what we needed inside & outside the unit & close to town. Julie was very helpful in piloting us in on the phone when we asked for help. Then sorting is out on the A/C handset to warm the unit. Her backgrounding of the heritage buildings and nature in the area was very interesting. We would be very happy to visit again.

Can’t recommend Nell’s place enough! The photos don’t do it justice, it’s truly such a calm and tranquil space. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay and wish it had of been longer than 1 night. Fabulous location for an event at the Starward Distillery down the road. Dawn was so accommodating allowing us an early check in to drop the car and a late checkout. A beautiful cosy apartment with everything you could need for a short stay. We will be back.

Sandra's place was perfect for a work trip where I wanted to make good use of my 'down time'. The space was small but well utilised and perfect for one person who spent most of the days out and about. I had a couple of nights in cooking and watching tv which was great too. I even managed to roll out my yoga mat in the living area for a quick stretch. The bed was clean and comfortable and heating effective during a chilly few days. It was also quiet and peaceful and a dark bedroom made for good sleeping. The location is super with a short walk to the bay and a short walk to Elwood's main street for shops and restaurants. There was free parking in the street and I never struggled for park my car. Sandra's communicated was excellent too and check-in was simple. I would definitely recommend and will likely be back!
