Waterfront holiday rentals in Port Royal

This is our second time staying here and we love it! It is perfect for a family of three (2 adults & 1 toddler). It is in a great location with lots to do in walking distance. Thanks for allowing others to enjoy your beautiful home.

This place was PERFECT for all we wanted to do in Savannah. We were able to easily walk every where - fantastic location! The place was clean and had all the necessities. We ate at Vic’s River Grill a couple of times due to the convenience (not to mention DELICIOUS). Would definitely stay again! Note: stairs to get up to the unit and it is above/next to Vic’s on the River, so there is occasional noise.

We had a wonderful stay at the Spa Room 3215! David and his family were exceptional hosts! The condo was newly renovated and everything was just as described in the listing! We frequently stay in airbnd, vrbo, and timeshare condos. We were most impressed with the welcome snacks, well stocked kitchen area to include cookware, a variety of spices, seasonings, and so many other things needed to prepare a meal in a home away from home! Dish detergent, paper towels, laundry pods, trash bags, ziplock bags and food storage containers among other things were also available which was totally awesome! The unit also had lots of books, games, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and so many more useful things to help us have an enjoyable stay! The Spa itself is a perfect location, right off the beach! Our stay was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed grilling out beside the beach and sitting on the swing watching the waves! We also attended the Mitchelville Juneteenth Celebration up the street.

The community is super cute and quiet. The space was perfect size for my boyfriend and I. The beach was a five minute walk from us, and we loved every minute of the ocean. Local grocery stores and restaurants are very close too which made everything easier.

Was an awesome stay! Charles was a great host and provided feedback on things to do.

Lovely weekend getaway! The yard was a bit smaller than we'd thought, but just as serene and private as we'd hoped.

We had a great stay in Beaufort while attending the Gullah Festival-a perfect getaway for me & hubby, my sister & her family & our fur baby. The home was just as beautiful as the photos—clean, comfortable, & spacious. Faith & Jeff were incredibly welcoming, responsive, & accommodating. After checking out, I was frantic thinking I had left an important item. I texted them & they responded immediately with the same sense of urgency & went out of their way to search for the item —an act of kindness & care really appreciated. If you’re a reader, you’ll appreciate the detailed notebooks provided with thorough instructions & thoughtful info about the area. From the nicky picky corner, I’d advise guests to expect the occasional water bug or spider, which I assume comes with the Lowcountry. Also, the Blackstone grill was dirty, so a gentle reminder to guests that it’s always kind to clean up for the next person. In all, we had a lovely experience & would definitely return. We had an excellent time. home is gorgeous. The grounds you get to have a water view. There's also an area that you can just sit out and enjoy the atmosphere. Would absolutely stay there again? And recommend anyone who wants some quality alone. Time, we absolutely enjoyed ourselves.

This is a nice house with a lot of really great perks. The golf cart, kayaks, fishing rods, beach equipment, and more made it easy to enjoy the week. The location is peaceful and ideal for fishing but not perfect for swimming or waves; we went to adjacent Hunting Island State Park for the kids to ride waves (a state park pass is included by the host). We enjoyed our week!

Carlos and Marci were fantastic hosts. They responded promptly to our messages and put together a wonderful itinerary for our trip. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely book with them again!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Such a beautiful set up and the deck overlooking the live oaks was wonderful for morning coffee. It is centrally located to all the islands and we were able to sight see and enjoy the home. Thank you for letting us enjoy your little home away from home!

This was our second stay at the house, and we hope to keep coming back. House is comfy and clean and has everything you need. The peacefulness and beauty of the marsh, the birdsong, and the wind in the trees are balm to the soul.

This was the perfect getaway. so close to the beach and other amenities. The house was super cute and comfortable. Tracy was responsive and friendly! if we make it back, this is where we will stay!

Took a short vacation with a group of friends to Tybee Island and Savannah. We all loved the location of the house perfect distance between the two cities. The house was clean & spacious enough activity for children. My friend's kids loved the ping pong table and the room they slept in. My only regret is that we only stayed for 2 nights, would have loved to stay longer! I would definitely love to stay at Allen's home again. They were great in responding, and even allowed us to check in early!

This place was great, exactly what our family needed for our stay at the beach! Erik was responsive and proactive and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach amenitites were a huge plus. The condo is in a great, private location. Would highly recommend!

Great location along Coligny Beach! We took advantage of the beach chairs and was nice to be a short walk back for anything we needed. We purchased and left a beach umbrella for future guests to enjoy. Condo is ideal size for 2 guests as listing suggests.

The views were fantastic! The unit was very nice. Everything needed was close at hand. The owners were very thoughtful and intentional with the decor, furniture, and extras that made us feel comfortable and like we were at home. The resort is very secure and we felt safe.

Mike is the best host, quick to respond and eager to accommodate. When we asked a question on the app, he always responded immediately. The place was very clean and exactly as advertised. Looking forward to booking with him again!

Amazing views! I’ve been coming to Hilton Head for many years and you can’t beat the views of Harbour Town. Greg was a great host and was very responsive to a couple questions we had. The condo was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Amazing location and beautiful apartment. Literally in the heart of historic River Street. Loved the architecture of the building, the walkability to bars and restaurants, and the views were unbeatable. I did not want to leave and will definitely stay again.

Best vacation spot for our 9 month old! Close to the pool and the beach and so easy to get around the island! We will definitely be back!
