One full size bath with a tub/shower; and a fully-equipped kitchen with apartment size appliances. 1 mile to Downtown Holland. 1 block to Washington Square. Walking distance to Kollen Park and the Holland Farmers Market. Lake Michigan beaches are a short drive. PET FRIENDLY with a fenced yard!

The second sleeping space is a queen memory foam Koala sleeper. The backyard you can use as your own. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet place to relax this is it. Located in a safe, quiet, wooded, country neighborhood close to Grand Haven, and Holland, with access to many parks, beaches, and golf courses. The apartment is perfect for business travelers, couples or small families visiting the area.

The Spring Lake Studio rental is a cozy welcoming space designed to provide comfort and convenience to your Lakeshore stay! A “studio” is an apartment consisting of a single large room serving as bedroom, living room, and kitchenette with a private bathroom and entrance. Great for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Trundle beds make it easy to sleep up to 4 guests. Easy access to the highway, bike trail, and all city ammenities. Grand Haven beach is less than 4 miles away.

Lower level only w/a kitchenette that has dishware and many cooking appliances. Private lower level includes 2 BR, 3 Queen beds, 1 twin, full private bath, LR, private entrance, wifi, grill, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, sandwich maker, roasting oven, griddle, and more. Located in the Holland area, 20 min. to Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Saugatuck, Lake Michigan. Use of the hot tub is most likely but not guaranteed. Please ask if it is important for your stay.
