Beach house holiday rentals in Port Stephens Council

Beautiful location right on the beach and within walking distance to the local shops & amenities of Soldiers Point. The kayak and proper Stand Up Paddle boards were a great addition. A great place for kids and lots of areas to relax and enjoy Aperitvo on.

The house was very nice and in a great location for anyone with dog's. Only 5 minutes walk to the dog friendly beach and half an hour's walk into town. As we haven't been to the area before, Clare's recommendations of things to do were excellent for the whole family.

Amazing house with incredible waterfront views. The house opens onto the water so was great to do all the non-motorised water activities. The place has plenty of non-motorised equipment like kayaks, surfboards, buoys so we had a fantastic time spending all day on the water. The interior has lots of break out areas as well to relax and enjoy including front and backyard patio and large balcony.

Loved every minute of our stay! The house was stocked with everything we could have needed, bbq, beach and paddle boards for the bay. Thank you to our wonderful hosts.

Make sure that you visit this property once in your lifetime. The property is luxurious, the amenities are six star and the view is to die for! We watched a pod of dolphins round up a school of baitfish from our balcony, it was something out of a National Geographic documentary! This property is incredible and the hosts went out of their way to make our stay a trip to remember, the service and hospitality they offered was flawless. Much appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay at Marcus and Helen's property. The decor is absolutely lovely—thoughtfully chosen and welcoming, creating a real home-away-from-home vibe. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed, including quality crockery and utensils. The furniture throughout the house was very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. On top of all that, the location was ideal—peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. Highly recommended!

Jordan’s place was at a great location in Nelson Bay, place was as described and perfect for a get away with a group of friends! Jordan was very helpful, definitely highly recommend and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future.

We loved our stay at Lauren’s place! Beautiful, modern interior, walking distance to Shoal Bay for restaurants, pub, bike hire or to watch the dolphins at sunset. Or for the more intrepid, lots of hiking options right out the back door. The house was so well-equipped we also spent some days enjoying the pool, pizza oven and outdoor entertaining area. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay! Perfect set up for groups of friends or two families like we were. We loved the extra touches like balled ice cubes and lots of extra bath and beach towels! Our kids loved the spa/pool and it was nice and warm which was a perfect activity for them even in the rain! This place is walking distance to the shops, marina and cafes/restaurants! Richard was an amazing host and communicated very fast with any questions we had about the spa! The set up is great and so relaxing! Nice to have three different areas to sit too and chill out with enough space to not be on top of your other guests! We had a great time and will be back!! Thank you!

We had a great family stay at Andrew's. The house was clean, spacious, with an organised & equipped kitchen, nicely styled and was relaxing place for a weekend getaway. Walking distance to the bay & surrounds. Andrew was informative and responsive throughout our stay, would highly recommend this property.

Jaymie was an absolute dream host! The house was immaculately clean and stunningly beautiful. We loved every detail, from the decor to the thoughtful touches throughout. The welcome present was such a lovely surprise - so thoughtful and made us feel instantly at home. The space accommodated us perfectly, and we felt right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 'The 19th Hole'. Beautifully appointed accommodation backing onto the Nelson Bay Golf Course. Everything you could wish for was supplied; breakfast supplies, plenty of fresh fruits and a pantry full of goods. Comfortable beds and a private setting made for a good night's sleep. Two separate living spaces ensured everyone had their 'own space'. The best appointed laundry facilities we have ever seen. Internal access to the double garage was ideal for storing our golfing gear overnight. An easy 10 minute walk to the centre of Nelson Bay. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We will be sure to book in for our next holiday in Nelson Bay!

TipTop accommodation. Clean, lots of space and kitchen with everything you need. Great little beach 2min away with fantastic snorkeling. We took our dog and he loved being on the veranda.

Perfect Weekend Getaway! We had a wonderful weekend stay at Naomi’s place! The location was fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun. The place was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the large outdoor living area. The host was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience even better. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the beach!

Gabrielle was a great host and very responsive to all our emails and messages. The house was great and very close to the location we needed to be. For a group of friends of 7-8, it is well worth the money.

A clean, lovely home that suited our needs. We would have appreciated a coffee machine, a few more coffee cups and a tea pot but Alenka supplied a gift certifcate for a local coffee van than helped. Perfect back yard for dog who loved the seaside walks.
