This house is right downtown and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the brewery, and 5 minutes from campus, movies, and grocery stores. You will enjoy the coziness of our double bed in the sleeping room the futon, comfortable sofa and recliners while watching the 65 inch smart tv. You can cook your meals in our well stocked kitchen but you'll be in walking distance of dining, grocery store, bakery and more. Our enclosed back area is a great place for your pup to explore or to grill a steak. It's also a smoking area
