Le parc résidentiel est équipé d'une belle piscine couverte (ouverte avril-novembre) , d'une aire de jeux pour enfants, tables de ping-pong, terrains de pétanque et de volley-ball. Le domaine est situé à 10 min de Granville. Pendant juillet-août, les réservations se font seulement du samedi au samedi.

La proximité de la plage (150m) , la piscine couverte chauffée (fermeture jusqu'au 31 mars 2025) et des commerces ( boulanger, boucher, poissonnier, Supérette, Restaurants etc ....), vous permettront de passer un agréable séjour. Vous pourrez aussi randonner à pieds ou à vélo sur nos sentiers entre Terre et Mer.

The living area is spacious and open plan, with a lovely bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Perfect for a couple or individual coming to explore or work on Jersey. The cottage is joined to the host's house but is self contained with private parking and separate access, with its own private terrace and garden.
