Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Porter County

This property is in a secluded nook, surrounded by nature. It was nearby the National Park and amenities (restaurants, grocery). Home was spacious and clean. Everything in the kitchen in working order. Host was responsive (though we had no issues during our stay). Would certainly stay here again if returning to the Dunes!

My stay at this Airbnb was a delightful experience! The space was impeccably clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The peaceful setting made it a perfect getaway, while still being conveniently located near local spots. Thoughtful details throughout the property added to the charm. Wow! What an amazing place to stay. The house is lovely and the setting is beautiful. You're literally surrounded by nature and all it's glory. The home is loaded with so many things to do, but we spent most of our time just looking out the big windows at all the animals that came to visit. Our hosts were most gracious. They are very responsive and do their best to take care of your needs as soon as possible. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay near the Indiana Dunes to choose this location. You won't regret it. Thank you very much Elena and Ben for all your hospitality.

This was ur second stay at Andrew’s and it didn’t disappoint. He worked with us last minute to make a reservation so we had somewhere to stay. A friend of ours passed away and we didn’t have a lot of planning time. We love that the place has a pack n play, high chair, and some kids toys & dishes. Things like that make a stay with children much smoother. Thanks again for another great experience.

Our 2nd stay with Diana in a different space. The Nest was very comfortable and squeaky clean. A great location for walking into downtown and a quiet neighborhood for sleep! We have told others to book this when needing space in Valparaiso.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in Valparaiso downtown area on a quiet spot beautiful architecture , great food and Mari-Beth was a wonderful hostess!!!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Mari-Beth's and had fun exploring Valparaiso. She is a gracious host and provided lots of thoughtful amenities like extra linens, brita pitchers, and white noise machines by the bedside. We booked both units and it was spacious enough for ten of us. Check in was quick and easy and the unit was clean and comfortable. Location was great, a few blocks from all the cute shops and restaurants, along with easy street parking. I would highly recommend Mari-Beth as a host and we would stay here again.

Diana is a sweet and generous person who was such a gracious host. We used the cozy spot as our refuge during a rough time. It was just perfect. The place was emaculate, the bed comfortable, the bird sounds and neighborhood quiet are lovely. We enjoyed sitting outside drinking our morning coffee. I felt at home. I would highly recommend Diana's place!

Ashley was a great host! She provided clear instructions for check-in/check-out, had nice local recommendations, and was extremely responsive. I also appreciated that she was willing to accommodate my travel dates near the last minute due to a death in my family. The unit was very clean and well-stocked. I loved the beautiful views from each window and the quiet, serene environment. Although I could hear the train at night, it was not super loud - kinda just like background noise. I actually found it to be peaceful (maybe because I’m from the city lol). Would love to visit again! :)

Peaceful and great location. My husband and I went for leisure and our first time staying at this specific place. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone thinking about staying. Kristin was very responsive and friendly when talking to her. Thank you again for allowing us to stay. We hope to stay here again.

Pros: Kristin & Valerie were incredible. They were super friendly, provided prompt responses, and were very helpful with providing recommendations for local eateries and other places to visit. Everything was sparkling clean inside. The king bed was extremely comfortable. The shower had wonderful water pressure. The yacht club provided delicious food! Cons: Permanent residences are not very friendly. My wife and I went to the pool and we were watched by staff as we entered and got settled into some beach chairs. Afterwards we were approached quite loudly demanding our pool pass. We politely indicated that we were unaware that we needed one as we assumed we would get access since we were staying at the Airbnb. As soon as he heard we were from the Airbnb he demanded we pack up and leave the pool immediately and escorted us out while everyone else in the pool area watched. I will note though that “pool access” was never listed on listing, rather we read another user’s review that it was

This condo was super-clean. We loved the balcony, where we could relax after climbing dunes with our grandkids! Good mattresses (our daughter & husband took the upstairs bedroom) and we appreciated the king-sized beds. There is quite a tall stairway to climb to get to the 2nd floor. Otherwise, easy access (we used the August app) from the parking lot.
