Studio by the sea

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

Perdika Seaview Apartment

Ideally located in Perdika village, not even one minute walk (50m) to Perdika beach and marina, the fish taverns and cafés that Perdika offers. Recently renovated, this spacious apartment is situated on a quiet and secluded street, perfect for a relaxed vacation. You can reach the Monastery of Agios Nektarios walking in about 30 minutes.
