The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Recently built annexe to our old cottage, on the site of an 1850’s copper crusher mining engine. A labour of love with modern decor and an ethnic style. Self-contained with a wood-burner, garden and woods with a fire pit. A true getaway all year round! Perfect for families and small groups. Dogs welcome. Three miles from the A30 so a great base for exploring Cornwall.

Located at the end of a private driveway, this superb detached property presents a tranquil haven. The heart of the home is a open plan living space. The seamless integration of the living, dining, and kitchen areas is a wonderful social space. Boasting four bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite, and each with its own unique view of the surrounding foliage, this really is a wonderful escape. Enjoy a long soak in the wonderful bath in the stunning family bathroom after a day exploring.
