Located in Porticcio, our apartment has a garden and terrace, about 350m2 where palm trees and olive trees grow encircling the pool. Since then, the view has extended to the sea. A wooden terrace offers different areas: dining with barbecue and plancha, living room, swimming pool, solarium (sunbathing) and billiards table. The pool is equipped with a motorized shutter.

Charming 45m2 studio with pool, in Porticcio

Large modern studio on the ground floor of a villa with pool, very quiet place 5 minutes from the sea and the center of Porticcio (by car) and 15 minutes from the airport. Our place is great for couples and solo travelers without kids. The pool is shared with the owners (from 9am to 7pm approximately) with a minimum temperature of 26° from 04/01 to 10/31. Several assets: parking, Wi-Fi, linens, air conditioning, comfortable bed...
