The studio is spacious and comfortable, very well equipped, the garden is very well maintained and super nice (including swimming pool), the view is simply magnificent with the Sanguinaires Islands in the background. Begin the day with birdsong,☕️, and exquisite sea views! Our 10 day stay began with the much needed “take charge” actions of our generous hostess who picked us up at the airport, stopped for a brief grocery shop, & ice. We were suffering from jet lag and could just settle in for the day—so grateful 🙏. We have stayed in 100+ Airbnb all over the world 🌎, no one has offered this. The 6th floor apartment is well designed, impeccably clean with two balconies, a Mountain View from the shower window, well-stocked kitchen, easy to use modern appliances and fridge with starter water, juice, butter, a pantry with salt, sugar, jams, buscottes, honey, and many coffee choices for the Bosch/Tassimo machine. Enjoy the sea view balcony from the master bedroom as well as the living room— passing through top quality sliding doors. The exterior metal blackout screens assures darkness-quality sleep. Thanks to Sandra for a comfortable home. You have thought of everything to make it wonderful 🙏

We had a great stay in the apartment. It includes everything we needed: full kitchen, bedroom, large living room with comfortable couch and TV, toilet and bathroom with shower. The view from the balcony is amazing and it is large enough to sit at the table. The building complex is a little noisy, so we heard the upstairs neighbors in the morning. The location of the apartment was perfect at walking distance from the center (10 minutes, a steep climb up stairs but that's just Corsica ;) ). Eric and his wife were very friendly and took their time to give us tips about what to see and do and they were flexible and on time for the arrival time and departure. Parking was easy but a small car is preferred; spaces are tight. We enjoyed our stay and I heartily recommend this apartment and host!

We spent a week with Eva and Sébastien who are very friendly, welcoming and available hosts. Listing is in a good location, as described. We weren't too hot thanks to the ceiling fans and the fact that the place is downstairs. The cakes and beers prepared for our arrival were also very much appreciated!

Welcomed at the agency upon our arrival, that is to say at 9:00 a.m., just after getting off the ferry. The rental is easy to find thanks to the instructions given. Private access is a big plus. The house is semi-detached with a front facade with courtyard overlooking green spaces and at the back, a balcony with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, without overlooking neighbors. The accommodation is spacious, ideal for two people. The bathroom is separate from the toilet. Quality appliances. The mezzanine bedroom is large, with plenty of storage. We recommend this rental and this real estate agency.

Clementine is very professional, quick, efficient and caring. The accommodation is good quality and the location is very good. A large parasol on the terrace is to be expected during very hot weather, it is necessary to be able to enjoy the terrace. That would be a very nice gesture.

Very responsive if needed and good advice. As for the accommodation, it is very well located geographically, it is tastefully decorated and very clean. It is cozy whether inside or outside, you feel very good there. It is well equipped and the bedding is quality. The jacuzzi is also enjoyable after a good day of hiking. But the highlight of this accommodation is above all the view of the bay of Ajaccio that will take your breath away whether it is during the day or in the evening in front of a magnificent sunset. Thank you so much for allowing us to have a perfect week's vacation.

The accommodation is great, very well equipped and perfectly clean. Everything is available to have a good stay. The residence is very well located with its private parking on the Route des Sanguinaires, the pool is great and the beach is right in front, what more could you ask for!!! Very warm welcome from Christine who is a thoughtful and very kind host. Accommodation in an impeccable property, tastefully decorated where nothing is missing for a great stay. A very well furnished terrace with, if you wish, a nice Jacuzzi in the evening after a day of walking. Friendly village with butcher, bakery, biscuit shop, grocery store with local products and small post office café, excellent. A great place to spend a relaxing vacation and recharge. And again, bravo to Christine and her husband for the interior and exterior fittings of their homes.

Beyond the exceptional quality of the accommodation, we would like to highlight the kindness and responsiveness of Flory who did everything to make our stay as good as possible, giving good local advice and always being available. It's the kind of detail that makes travel even more enjoyable. The location of the accommodation is a little paradise, beautiful beach, bakery nearby, and small restaurants quite nice.

We had a beautiful stay in this apartment that was exactly what we hoped for and more. The location is really great, with the pedestrian street on one side, and a magnificent sea-view on the other. In the evenings there was a really nice atmosphere on the balcony with some city-feeling from the street. The apartment was clean and tidy. Would definitely come back if we ever return to Ajaccio.
