Great apartment, everything is spotless. The accommodation is well located a small beach 5 min walk away which is really nice. A more than beautiful view from the terrace that we were able to enjoy unfortunately only one evening ( the weather was not nice with us during the stay😒) but no regrets about the rental. The rental is ideally located not too far from all shops and places to visit. Ideal rental for a couple's trip. If one day we return to Corsica we would not hesitate to return to this accommodation .

A very clean, quiet, spacious apartment with an excellent location (1 minute walk to the beach). Beautiful bay window of the living room overlooking the garden with the possibility of having plancha evenings outside in the shade of the trees and surrounded by pink laurels. Attentive and very friendly hosts. I definitely recommend this rental.

Listing even better than the pictures. it is clean with all the comforts. No neighbors in sight thanks to the layout of the terrace and the plants. The pool area is just perfect and safe for children. The place is very quiet, a few minutes' walk from the beach and shops are accessible in 2 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot. i recommend it was perfect.

A perfect stay in a cozy and perfectly located apartment! The apartment is very well equipped, tastefully decorated and above all incredibly well located: the view of the Gulf of Ajaccio is simply beautiful, a real pleasure every morning. We immediately felt good there, like at home. The welcome was really great, with an available, friendly and attentive host, which made the check-in very pleasant. The environment around the apartment is also perfect: everything is easily accessible, whether to do some shopping, going to the beach or enjoying the surroundings. Special mention for the residence's swimming pool: a little cool in this season, but very clean and pleasant to relax after a day of walking. I highly recommend this place, and I will come back without hesitation during a future stay in Corsica!

A haven of peace in an incredible environment, both the feeling of a part of the world on the feet, while being close to shops, restaurants, not far from airports (Ajaccio or Figari), and a very pleasant radius of discovery of various places. The accommodation is very well equipped, the bedding comfortable, the living room and the terrace are very pleasant too. Worry-free parking in front of the residence. Communication with Julien de Valinco Conciergerie went very well, for some adjustments to the start of the stay (small problem with the evacuation of the shower), Julien was very responsive and everything was very quickly back to normal, we had a great stay where we will return with great pleasure if the opportunity arises. Don't hesitate!!

We had a lovely time here, we spent the whole week at the beach. It’s so quiet and peaceful. The apartment had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, shower was powerful and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony to watch the sunsets over Abertello beach.

If you are looking for calm and a very pleasant environment, I recommend this place. This place is also pleasant to come with family with children or grandchildren thanks to a beach within walking distance and a pool large enough to swim and play. We had a very good vacation, and would certainly do it again.

incredible stay at Marie Line with our two children, the location is perfect for a beautiful view. the accommodation is convenient, there is plenty of storage, lots of accessories, games available.

Lovely apartment Very close to the city center With parking space

The accommodation is in a new residential area above the sea and east of the city center. A Carrefour can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The city center with the market can be reached on foot in 40 minutes. However, you need a car or use a bus connection to get to the beach. I recommend a rental car. The apartment has an underground parking space. It is a separate box. The car is safe there from sheet metal damage, but should not be too large. I had a VW TRoc. I was able to park well with this. In Ajaccio, pretty much all businesses are represented.

We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle's. Emmanuelle is very responsive when needed. A place where you can only feel good, the only thing that absolutely needs to be improved is the bedding because it is very uncomfortable. I recommend this accommodation, you will have a wonderful stay.

Functional accommodation with stunning views of the Gulf of Valinco - as a bonus Spectacular Sunset every night! Our hosts were welcoming, available, friendly and shared local tips with us! Small bonus: welcome with a succulent pot of homemade fig jam!

An incredible and peaceful view of the bay of Ajaccio. Breakfast at sunrise in the morning and sunset in front. Everything necessary is here. Convenient location for Ajaccio, the beaches and the mountains.

We had a pleasant stay at Stephanie and Benoist's. The accommodation is nicely decorated, functional and very well-equipped. The terrace has a beautiful view of Cupabia Beach. Quiet and relaxing residence. Very nice bread delivery every morning at the reception. 2 restaurants 5 minutes' walk away and for other shops go down to Porto Pollo (minimarkets, bakery, butcher...) We recommend Stéphanie and Benoît's apartment.

Excellent stay in complete peace in a comfortable and bright apartment with magnificent views from the terrace, very spacious. Very nice hosting. Many nice beaches/coves in the Gulf of Valinco for swimming enthusiasts.

Idyllic setting for a quiet family stay. The accommodation is very comfortable and well equipped. A very nice beach is a 10 min walk away. The pool is perfect to end the days in the sun. And especially Muriel and her family were immediately very welcoming and caring to have a very nice stay. We'll be happy to go back!

Incredible location with an amazing beach access, lovely warm pool, exceptional views of sunsets. Convenient location close to a grocery store and close to an E-motum recharging station about 6 miles away in Stagone. A well situated location to explore the region and see Piana , Porto and Ajaccio. We didn't try any of the restaurants, but there are quite a few within walking distance. We would definitely come back here in the future.
