Glamping: Lake View Comfy and Cozy Bunkie

Waterfront glamping bunkie. Queen bed in loft. Downstairs: Sofa (converts in two twin beds), microwave, mini-fridge, water dispenser and Keurig machine. Dark curtains for all windows. Outdoor restroom, shower and kitchen (shared with another family, when RV/tent space is booked). Boating, swimming & fishing steps away from the door (use of row-boat included). Private outdoor area with table, chairs & fire-ring. No AC nor heating. No wifi available (great for connecting with nature). No pets.

Tigana Yurt

This is a romantic getaway for two on the banks of the Tay, 10 minutes West of Perth, Ontario. Secluded and quiet with private swimming access to the river where it slows and flows over a large flat rock bed. Fully solar, this 20 foot diameter yurt has a queen bed, 3 piece bathroom, propane “wood” stove, T.V. and Starlink wifi access and fully stocked kitchen with coffee and tea service with a Keurig or bodom. Off season and winter rental is available without running water. (see below)

Cabin in the Woods

This quiet, off-grid retreat will allow you to get away from it all, recharge, and absorb the sounds of nature. The 440 m walk to the cabin through the woods will enable you to decompress before you arrive. There's a cleared hiking or snowshoe trail for you to enjoy that goes beyond the cabin. The cabin does not have running water or electricity. We will provide water, lanterns, wood for the woodstove, and a small generator to charge your phone and lanterns during your stay.

Off grid tiny farm stay

An off grid tiny, located close to an orchard and donkeys pastures. For a visit or a farm experience, this home will be yours. Outdoor kitchen and shower, composting toilet, fire-pit. 1 queen bed and 2 single bed bring your own towels. Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this place to stay. We have direct access to Lyndhurst lake and route 3 for kayaking. Canal rideau is accessible from Lyndhurst too. A lot of trails around for hikers.

Enjoy your getaway on the prestigious Big Rideau Lake, the largest lake in the Rideau Canal System, a UNESCO designated site. We are located in Portland On. We are walking distance to Len’s Cove Marina. This is very convenient to rent a boat, launch your own in the public boat launch or go for lunch or dinner at their licensed Galley Restaurant. Our cottage has heat and air conditioning. We can communicate in French and English.
