Holiday rentals with a patio in Portland Downtown

We had a wonderful stay at Cheyenne’s place, a block and half away from our friend’s wedding venue. Easy to walk to close bars, axe throwing place right next door. The trolley noise was to be expected, not a problem for my group of friends, but if you are looking for a more quiet spot, might not be ideal for you. Overall Cheyenne was very responsive and we had a great time!

Janie's place was a cozy, quaint place with everything you could ever need! We appreciated the tea and coffee provided. The kitchen had a surprising amount of essentials - oils, seasonings, and sauces. The beds were super comfy too! The check in and check out times were super accommodating, and was a factor for my choice to stay here. I'd definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed staying here! Taylor was such a wonderful host. He was very helpful and responded very quickly. The space was nice and homely and provided great privacy. The space was clean and very well designed and organized. I loved how Taylor had a folder laid out on the table that detailed the rules, suggestions of places to go and to eat in Portland. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Portland!

Shane’s place was like stepping into an Italian villa: beautiful gardens, cozy, quaint. The only challenge was parking. Street parking with limited legal spaces or parking across a busy street and unloading from there. Otherwise, Shane was personable, friendly and attentive and we loved the property.

The place is nice and cozy with lots to do around the area; going down to the waterfront about a 8min drive, lots of restaurants to go to and some good views around too. The host is also very responsive and attentive to any needs or questions you have! Great place to stay and recommend!

This was a great location within easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bowling, movie theater, nail salons, etc. It had all I needed to make tacos and pop popcorn. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! I will stay here again. Keith was a fabulous host!!

We felt so safe and cozy in Sara’s cottage! It was definitely peaceful. We loved the kitties in the yard!This space was so well decorated and cared for and SO CLEAN. Beautiful neighborhood filled with gorgeous gardens & near some nice local food options & bus stops to get to downtown, close to the highway but it’s so quiet where the cottage is. This is a great place to stay when visiting the south east side of Portland!

We stayed here for a family trip to celebrate my son’s graduation, and it was the perfect home base for our vacation. The house was spacious, clean, and very inviting. My sons can be quite particular—on past trips, they've missed having a gym—but this place had everything: a gym, a sauna, and even an outdoor hot tub (which we didn’t use, but it was a nice touch!). My wife and kids enjoyed the sauna and gym a lot. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cutlery, and while we didn’t cook, we appreciated having a kettle for tea. We brought board games from home but noticed the hosts had also stocked some in the cupboard—very thoughtful! The location was another highlight. Portland itself is a beautiful, scenic city, and this house is nestled in a picturesque spot with lovely views from the windows. It was easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit, and my foodie children loved the local eateries. Overall, it was a great experience and a memorable trip for the whole family.

What a wonderful apartment! Charming, comfortable, quiet, and in a lovely neighborhood close to great restaurants. Kind and thoughtful hosts. We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Portland. We hope to come back!

Katherine was kind, helpful, and responsive in messages. The whole check-in/out process was easy and contact-free. The room itself was stylishly decorated, fully stocked with just about everything you could ever need and things you may have forgotten to pack. They even had a yoga mat with a poster of poses and complimentary snacks available. The binder of instructions was clear and concise. And there was even a poster board with local attractions including restaurants, brochures, and maps. Lovely place to stay and a lovely hostess!

Hosts were very organized and wonderful communicators. Easy check-in / check-out process and overall great for our girls weekend away. The Troutdale home is well located — any easy drive to the airport and lots of good hiking. Few maintenance issues and outdoor area could use a little TLC, but really a beautiful spot and the hot tub was a delight. We had a private chef come to the house and it was a really good layout for it. Downtown Troutdale is super cute too.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great—close enough to downtown Portland for easy access, but far enough away to feel safe and quiet. It was also conveniently close to the airport. One thing to note (not a deal-breaker) is that there was no TV, which I hadn’t noticed when booking. That’s on me. ;) That said, it actually turned out to be a nice surprise—we enjoyed unplugging and spending quality time together without screens.

With 20+ Airbnb's under my belt, I can safely say: this is in my top three all time best. There wasn't a spec of dirt, chip of paint, or single pet hair—this place is SO lovingly and masterfully kept up. There were three stunning, meticulously landscaped outdoor areas to enjoy—the front porch, the side dining table, and a back deck—and every other need had been anticipated and provided for, without clutter. I personally find a plain innerspring bed the most comfortable, and slept better here than I do at my own home! Neighborhood had a little construction/lawn care noise but was otherwise blissfully quiet. It was so relaxing to be here...I am ill and spend most of my time traveling at "home", and this was a perfect home to relax and enjoy. You could also really "move in" if you were here for an extended stay—lots of open dresser drawers and closet space with hangers. It's not often I think a place is clean enough for a bath, but wouldn't hesitate to enjoy the tub here! Will be back.

We found The Nest in west Portland to be an amazingly perfect space for us. We were in need of 10 days away from home on a working trip that could accommodate two adults and several pets. The Nest exceeded our expectations with multiple private workspaces and a very kind host that allowed our cats to join us. The house is architecturally interesting with large picture windows cleverly placed to maximize both privacy and great views of tall trees. There is so much interesting art and ceramics in Leslie’s place, which always gave us something to look at and ponder. The reading selections scattered throughout the house were very welcome and I picked up a couple of books (one old and one new) on our stay. The spa-like bathroom was a real treat after a relaxing day of work and daydreaming. Evenings were peaceful and very quiet. A very memorable and enjoyable experience, and I only wish we had another 10 days (at least) to stay.

Great location for walking on the waterfront and playing in the river. Brenda was wonderful with communication and was able to get a high chair and pack n play for our little one during our stay. Very comfortable beds and living space.

This place was the perfect location for me. I love the proximity of the Riverwalk river walk. I also thought the little patio outside was a great place to sit and relax. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Portland.

The place is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It is a charming place that makes you feel comfortable and safe. The furnitures were pristine and cozy. Nicole was very responsive to our requests.

Michelle and Sarah were so accommodating with all of our requests, and were so kind to give us suggestions/recommendations since we aren’t totally familiar with the area yet. The place was so cozy, and a great location close to restaurants and shops! We will definitely be back, and will absolutely book with Michelle and Sarah again!

Becky’s place was a beautiful place to stay on our trip to Portland. It’s a fantastic walkable neighborhood with many restaurants and eclectic shops. It’s an easy walk to a nearby New Seasons to pick up groceries and supplies. There is a cute trellis area in front of the apartment where we enjoyed sitting outside in the warm spring weather. Becky is very friendly and responsive to any needs. It was a lovely and comfortable place to stay for 11 days.

Gloria was a fabulous host! The place was perfect and felt like a home away from home while our house had major repairs done. Gloria was always very accommodating and let us extend our stay multiple times since our house still wasn't done. We had a minor issue with one sink and she had someone out to fix it right away. We would definitely come here again and would recommend it. It was easy to walk to the grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops and there were a couple of parks close by for the kiddos as well. Overall a great place!

I stayed at the Vaisberg's place at the Indigo. Everything was exactly as pictured and I loved the view of Mt. Hood in the distance. The location was central with easy access to the Pearl district, as well as downtown. The bed and all the chairs were very comfortable. The apartment got a lot of natural light. It was really just what I needed. My only complaint is that the listing mentions on site parking at $15 per day, which is a bit misleading. Yes, it's $5/hour with a max of $15, but that doesn't include in/out privileges. Each time you leave and come back, the timer starts again. I ended up paying at least double what I expected, even on days when my car didn't leave the garage. Had I known that, I would have skipped the rental car and just taken ride share for my excursions. Chalk it up to a lesson learned.
