Holiday rentals with a pool in Portland Parish

Helena's place was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. We took the entire place, but realize we only needed the upstairs suite after all. Located directly across from the Blue Lagoon's new official entrance gate and centrally located in Portland Parish, everything is within reach. amazing views all around, but breakfast on the patio facing the ocean was hard to beat. Miss Joyce's cooking, however, was the real highlight of our stay. She and Trina did an amazing job making us feel welcome and shared their traditional cuisine. The groundskeeper, Jullian, was excellent at coordinating activities during our visit. We had a truly amazing stay at Star San and hoping to be back one day.

My family and I came for a two day stay. Staying here exceed my ourexpectations. the property was truly amazing. The staff (Denny, Keith, and Karen) were awesome and made you feel at home. They answered all of our questions and provided superb service. Denny's cooking was awesome! I also liked the fact that it was a short walk from Frenchman's cove beach and a short drive from Blue Lagoon and Boston beach. This stay was a 11 out of 10 and we will be back again. I highly recommend!

I had heard of Shotover Gardens before and had my eye on a visit for a long time, so I was pleased when my visit turned out to be just as lovely as I expected. Even though it was only a short stay, Derick was an excellent host with great communication and spot-on directions. I was only there for a one day stay, but I still found the time to enjoy the lovely lawns and the swimming pool. The road to get to Shotover is a little rough in some parts but a car can make it if you drive carefully and take your time. An SUV will have no problems at all. If you are in doubt, Derick's transport rate from Port Antonio is extremely reasonable and can be utilised.

The place was peaceful, private and beautiful. The view was breathtaking.I would definitely re-booked.

The location was simply spectacular. All living spaces were spacious and clean. The lighting was amazing with views of the mountains on one side and Kingston downtown skyline on the other. The amenities were lovely and accessible. Having the restaurant located on the property was convenient for dining. Whenever we needed anything during our stay, the staff was always there to provide us with whatever we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful to us. Overall staying at Reggae Legends was enjoyable from start to finish. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to experience first class service with a fantastic view.

The open air floor plan was great ad the staff was attentive. Good value and the perfect spot for my elderly parents and young children to vacation together.

I was extremely skeptical about staying in an airbnb as I flew into JA on a last minute trip. First of all Kerris is an amazing host! He accommodated me in within a matter of 8-12 hours, that alone should tell you he is extremely attentive. The house is beautiful! The neighborhood is gorgeous! It is located in a gated community which is so reassuring given today’s times. The apartment is spacious, the neighbors are extremely respectful. It’s so quiet at night… the first night I was a little scared (lol I’m from NYC it’s literally NEVER QUIET) however it’s a peaceful quiet. Overall it was honestly an amazing stay I’d definitely rent again moving forward. Thanks Kerris & Team !

We loved our stay at Sheena's place and would absolutely book again! The apartment was beautiful, and had the best sunset views. It felt safe, clean, comfortable, and everything was super easy and convenient!

This place was breathtaking and worth the money! Very quiet, stunning view to wake up too! I wouldn’t say the beach is exactly walkable it quite the climb but the pool was nice and the staff was friendly! Bought some jelly from the security at the gate which saved me a trip to the town. But I definitely recommend this spot and I’ll be back!

Kevon is an amazing host with an amazing property. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. The listing looks better in person than on the site. With popular dining options close by you can’t go hungry. We had trouble with finding the listing, due to a google maps issue, and we’re not given immediate access to the apartment, due to an untrained security guard. However, Kevon guided us through every possible issue. I would definitely recommend this host and amazing property!

We felt incredibly safe and secure throughout our stay, thanks to the multiple layers of security—gated entrance, lobby desk, access card entry to both the building and our floor. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, just around the corner from Devon House Bakery. Ubers were super convenient and budget-friendly. The apartment itself was cozy, well-stocked with everything we needed, and perfect for either a short visit or a long-term stay. We especially enjoyed the balcony view and made use of the rooftop pool, which even had a mini infinity pool—such a relaxing bonus. We need liquid detergent for our clothes and John and Celia were on it right away. We appreciated their responsiveness to everything. Can't wait to be back!

We really enjoyed staying here! The place had everything I needed—fresh bed linens, room-darkening shades (which were great for sleeping in), and even a walk-in closet to make unpacking easy. It was super clean and felt like home. The bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and even shower gel, which was a nice surprise. The hot water worked great. The AC and ceiling fan kept the place cool and comfortable Especially when it’s 1,000 degrees outside. Overall, it was just an easy, chill stay. Would definitely come back again! Can’t wait.

Michelle and Kerone were exceptional in their commitment and communication with me.The space is amazingly beautiful and it was so much better than I expected! I felt comfortable and connected with the people. The beach is right there, walkable beaches and activities. There is an excellent vibe going on down by pool side , food , fun , drinks, games etc. I highly recommend this place for those who want to come and visit!

I enjoyed my stay at Project Zenith. It was everything I needed. I felt so comfortable. It was clean. I was close to everything I wanted to go to. The view from the roof was amazing. Security was amazing. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks again for having me. 🙏🏾

Jhonnoi was a very responsive and reasonable host, the place was squeaky clean and looked just like the pictures. I would stay there again. location is smack in the heart of everything and the compound is tightly secured. 10/10 recommend.
