Nestled high in the whispering tree tops, deep in the midst of a private valley surrounded by ancient medieaval oak woodland planted to build the Cornish ships of old. As the deer sup from the babbling brook and the songbirds chirrup their enamouring call around you lies "Tresillian Lodge". Sit on the balcony and let time pass you by. Watch the sunrise and set from your private hot tub as you gaze over the rolling fields. Hewn from the very oak of the woodland itself. Built in a bespoke design with oak arched vaulted ceilings, oak parquet flooring it feels as if you are one with the very woods that you are ensconsed in. There is no sound but nature. With woodland walks in all directions, access is available to the stream and paddock where the lambs frolick. It is a mere 20 minutes to the soft, warm and cosetting South coast of the Roseland peninsula, and little more to reach the rugged Atlantic on the North. A surfers paradise Only 10 minutes into the centre of Truro. You've got it all.! There is a sauna on site available by appointment. All linen and furnishings are of the finest quality. Kate my house manager (a true Cornish Maid!) will be available to offer her local knowledge wherever it may be needed to assist you with excursions, dining and secret places to visit. She will also be available for any queries to do with the lodge and will run through everything upon your arrival to give you the warmest of Kernow welcomes! The lodge lies 1 km down a single track lane which can at certain times of year get quite bumpy. So low slung sports cars are not to be advised. There are no near neighbours apart from the mediaeval mill some distance away. This means that you and your party will have the utmost privacy, and discretion is guaranteed. There are several local pubs in the vicinty including 2 on the waterfront. They are all walkable depending on how energetic one feels. There is nothing better to put on your walking boots and stride off over the undulating hills and feel the Cornish breeze upon your face, or stroll down the Fal estuary to see where the great Tresillian docks and quays once were. Perhaps head to St Mawes and take the ferry across to Falmouth for an afternoon's shopping and lunch, and treat yourself to a private water taxi to bring you home. Sandy Feet Retreat...A lovely touring caravan, in a private garden, with a stunning sea view.

Sandy Feet Retreat is a basic, clean, warm caravan situated in the front garden of our house, Pine Ridge. It sleeps two, in a double bed,and has a seating area and kitchenette, all with sea views. There is a small bathroom, with a basin, shower , and cassette toilet. ( emptied and refilled each day by ourselves.) All bedding is provided. It is not perfect, but it is clean and dry, comfy and quiet with stunning views. It has a one ring electric hob(no grill/oven) microwave and fridge.

Set on its own with far reaching views across the beautiful Roseland countryside, Cow Parsley Cottage is a superbly equipped, dog-friendly, luxury barn conversion on The Roseland Peninsula for up to 2 adults. It has underfloor heating, woodburner and two luxurious outdoor baths from where you can lie back and watch the stars. it is only a 15-minute walk to pretty sandy beaches, delightful beach cafes and cosy traditional pubs. Close to Portscatho, St Mawes and the King Harry Ferry.

The Lodge is set within our private land in the small hamlet of Camels above the fishing village of Portloe, on the Roseland Peninsular. An Bowgy (little shack ) is a single storey cabin style building located behind the village store in the ancient village of Veryan . A great place from which to start your exploration of the Roseland Penninsula and the rest of cornwall. The local pub is a mere stumble down the road. There are wonderful coastal and country walks , just minutes away from An Bowgy. Our beaches Pendower & Carne are just over a mile away ,when the tide is out it becomes one beach .

Situated in the heart of the quaint fishing town of Gorran Haven, Roseland Cottage is perfectly located for exploring South Cornwall. Quite literally a 30 second walk to the beach, harbour, pubs, shops and more, everything is at your convenience! The cottage features one king bedroom and one twin, both with ensuites, a good sized living space and well-equipped kitchen. With lovely sea views out into the harbour, it's hard not to relax at Roseland!

A beautiful detached annexe set in the garden with your own entrance and wonderful views out to sea. Near Heligan Gardens and within walking distance to Hemmick beach and the South West coastal path. Own parking area and entrance with a few steps up to a terraced area and entrance to the annexe. Director chairs provided to take in the view. Small kitchenette (No sink or hob) with all the electrical provisions, including a fridge freezer.
