Holiday House in Calblanque Natural Park

The house is located in the heart of the Calblanque Natural Park, in the town or area of Cobaticas with no more than forty houses. The park's beaches are about a 15-minute walk and a 5-minute drive or bus ride from the house. Although Cobaticas does not have any shops or services, the town of Los Belones is a 5-minute drive away and Cabo de Palos and La Manga del Mar Menor are less than 10 minutes away. Cartagena is about 30 minutes away.

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
